Awful experience. Very rude and unprofessional.

No one could check me out and the truck was up for repair

Ive rented & returned here a few times over the last couple months ... I wish all the centers were as friendly & helpful as these folks. I would not hesitate using them again - and probably will.

Horrible experience. I was on a time crunch and made an appointment for a uhaul at this location for 11:30. When I arrived a few minutes early the office door was locked with a note that said be back soon. I waited and waited knocking on the door every few minutes. After 30 minutes I started banging on the door and finally a woman opened the door and started to help me. Just after that a man came out of the back office/room. Who knows what they were doing but not only did they waste over an hour of my time they told me they did not have what I needed and their only offing of help was sending me to another location.

I have rented U-Haul trucks from them several times and have received nothing but 5 star treatment each and everytime!Very nice, friendly and professional. ..give then a try. ..you wont regret it!

We rent from A1 quite a bit and service is always excellent. Vans are clean and pickup/return is always a breeze.
