Leon and Elroy(aka Jimmy) did me a fantastic service by fixing my septic system when I am sure many companies would have simply tried to sell me on the need to completely replace my system. They responded quickly, arrived when they said they would, inspected the system, thoroughly explained their findings and my options. I found them to be honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. Best of all, they fixed my problem and, I’m sure, saved me thousands. I read a lot reviews and did my homework prior to calling Simply Septic. Simply Septic came out, next day service, first call!!!! GREAT SERVICE. my septic light had been on for a week, first time dealing with septic, so was kind nervous. Just hearing the horror stories of it costing thousands of dollars for septic issues. Not this case. The men explained everything to me, I mean EVERYTHING. All was good and no service charge. Simply Septic will definitely be the company I call.

The Simply Septic guys came out to our home to explore a possible septic issue. Thankfully they confirmed that we simply have a grading/landscaping problem and not a septic issue. They showed up on time, gave us an honest evaluation and didnt try to sell us on unnecessary services. I certainly recommend them, and I will call them again should the need arise.

The tank needs to be pumped less than a year, which shows that the drain field is not working as it should be. Called several companies and decided to work with them. They mentioned that a chemical treatment of the drain field should give another 5 to 10 years and they also have 12-month warranty, which definitely gives extra peace of mind. Fingers crossed to see how effective the treatment is, but so far very satisfied with the experience and efficiency Jimmy and his buddy demonstrated.

We are a highly rated plumbing company in Atlanta that recieves a lot of work through a big property management company that ownes hundreds of homes in the Atlanta area. We currently use a septic company on the northwest side of Atlanta but were looking for a company to handle all septic work for us on the northeast side so we called Simply Septic. Durning the called we explained that we would be paying for the septic service and not the tenant or the property management company(because they sub out the work to us because we one of their trusted vendors that handle the jobs for them) and without hesitation or even a single question the man hung up on our office administrator. This company just lost a lot of work not only on this job but future jobs. Trust the reviews that you read about this company being rude and arrogant. I would like to also add that this company is extremely unprofessional so do yourself a favor and find someone else to handle your septic needs.

I thought there would be a huge hole dug to get to septic tank, which had to be replaced. They only dug out what was absolutely needed. Wonderful job done. I found them originally through Home Advisor. I gave them a good review at the time through that site, but wanted to also review them on Google reviews.

Absolutely wonderful experience considering the situation. The fellows that came out were two of the nicest guys youd ever care to meet. They were honest, didnt try to rip me off and knew what they were doing. Ill most definitely call Simply Septic and refer them as much as I can. Its hard to find good, honest people these days.

George was great. He returned my call the day I left a message and was able to come out to do basic maintenance within a few days. The service was done in an hour and we were on with our day. I live in Bonaire, and he was more than willing to make the drive.

Rude. Arrogant. Raised price from 300 to 2000 before ever moving a bucket a dirt. I would not use them. Tried to tell me how my field lines were bad not knowing that work had been done a few years prior. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME......update.....The technician was not told my tank was pumped 4 times in 6 months. You can post what ever response to this you want but the fact is your 300 went to 2000 without even looking..FIRST RED FLAG. UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE EMPLOYEE...SECOND RED FLAG. So I have already got another company and for the google community.....STAY AWAY FROM SIMPLY SEPTIC

The guys from Simply Septic just left my place and they did an excellent job. Even though the weather was nasty, cold and rainy, they took the time to show me what was going on in my system and explained everything. They went beyond what was expected. Highly recommend.

Jimmy and his partner Leon were very friendly and helpful. My grandmas house had been having problems for a while, we had several other companies out here that left much higher estimates than Simply Septic. These guys were down inside my tank and its been 4 months and everything has been working fine. Highly recommend Simply Septic.

Ive used another family owned septic company for 28 years but the owner decided it was time to retire - too bad cause I completely trusted those guys, always super responsive, etc. So I came across Simply Septic not sure if theyd actually be the ones Id want to use going forward, but I have to say that Jimmy & Leon were fabulous -- arrived when they said they would, very professional, went through options to address my issue, then fixed it.Now admittedly its only been a few days now so well have to see to ensure this fix last long term, but they explained their warranty & said I should call ASAP if anything looks bad.One thing I know is Ive found my new septic experts -- if the other employees have the same attitude & professionalism as Jimmy & Leon then youve got a tremendous team working for you.

Excellent experience! Quick response to what could have been a major issue! Thankfully it was just a clog. Don’t trust anyone else with your septic needs! Simply septic fixed my issue in less than 30 minutes. These guys really know their stuff!

I called and requested my tank to be pumped. I was quoted the $179 price but I realized it may be more. When they arrived and removed the rear tank lid I was informed that my original concrete baffle in the back of the tank leading to my drain field was deteriorated and I could see that the concrete was pretty bad. I was quoted $375 for replacement of each baffle, front and rear. I thought that $750 was a lot but I said go ahead thinking that the replacement baffles were some sort of proprietary septic tank device. When they brought out the replacement parts for the baffles they were only 1-4 sanitary T and about 3 of 4 pipe for each baffle. About a cost of $10 max in parts for each baffle. One of the techs explained that I also had to consider the labor of breaking out the old concrete baffles but that only took them about 10 minutes for each one. So, needless to say I had already signed off on the work but to be really honest I feel ripped off. So for that reason I doubt if I will call or can recommend anyone to use Simply Septic Service. Buyer beware.

Friendly, came out and pumped our septic tank. I was impressed that they removed our grass and set it to one side and then put it back on top after they were finished. We can barely tell where they dug. We would recommend them to our friends.

DO NOT use these people!!!! I was just calling to find out pricing to get my tank pumped and rudely got hung up on twice by Jimmy. I’ve never been talked to with such disrespect!! I can’t believe that’s how you treat a potential customer!

Was friendly at first, but then got increasingly rude in subsequent phone calls. I was trying to set up a septic tank inspection for a house my husband and I are considering buying. he requested we obtain approval from the sellers, and I did. Then he changed his mind and wanted the realtor to call and give approval, so they did. Again, he changed his mind and said he wouldnt do the inspection if the realtor or seller wasnt there to watch it happen. This is after me telling him we have obtained approval and my husband would be present. Finally, my realtor called and he told her he would not write off on the inspection because everything would need to be brought up to code. How can someone know this if theyve never seen the septic tank before?!? He proceeded to be rude and tell her to have someone else do the inspection. Being rude to potential customers (and also to realtors who could bring you more business) is a very bad move. Both of the realtors are disgusted with the way they were treated and told me they have never had issues like this before with any septic service companies.

I called today after calling several places. Finally I got to someone who was willing to help, at first I was grateful and liked them. They told me they would call me after 12pm to confirm if they were going to make it out today or come tomorrow. Ive been waiting for a call since and finally I call them and the man proceeds to tell me that he cannt help because we are in marietta. Okay I understand that but if you knew that you were not going to able to do it, why not call back. I have you 2 phone numbers to contact and never received. I called and was told last minute.
