I have two young kids and was in a pickle, there was waste backing up into my home and we couldnt even flush a toilet without more flooding the tubs and toilets! Nick and Richard were able to help me out the day of, they were able to move their schedule to accommodate my emergency situation! On top of that, the price was fair and they explained everything to me in great detail! I will be using this company again in the future for sure.

Very unprofessional. This company was assigned to my familys plumbing emergency and I was given their contact information.I tried calling numerous times to try and see when they could come help us. The connection would be established and then immediately disconnected like someone was answering and hanging up.I sent a text to inform them of who I was ( in case it was a cell #) and to let them know whats going on. Still nothing. P. Manager called them with no answer either.Beware.*this was not a septic issue*

Action Septic pro was very professional and responsive. We had really nasty stuff coming out of our drains, and they were able to come the same day and get our issue taken care of at a good price. Great people from management to field worker.

We had a bad septic back up and Action Septic Pro sent somebody out the same day and take care of our problems! The technicians name was Richard and he was very professional and helpful! I would recommend this company to anybody having septic issues

Very unprofessional. A technician Richard broke our water line & cut our cable fiber line only moments after being advised of the area those lines were installed. After breaking both lines, the tech never bothered stopping to advise us. Once I lost access to my phone & internet (I work from home) I inquired outside & he simply said, “well they aren’t allowed to put utility lines near septic tanks. It’s their fault!” Excuse me? You were just told where they were located & you used a commercial plow to dig right there, anyway? I’d have preferred the option to decline ACTION Septic Pro’s services, than to lose my income for a week. And not by mistake, it was a result of blatantly ignoring of instruction. The tech & his manager Nick arrogantly proclaim no-wrong doing w/out apology. To avoid communicating proactively or professionally with customers, surely removes the “Pro” from the Action Septic’s name.

I own a rental home in Lilburn and have had a few problems with my septic system. These guys responded immediately. The problems were fixed and their follow through was perfect. Price wise, they are very competitive, and state their prices up front.

1) 4 years ago they pumped tank and drain lines + installed T for out-flow. Job done good, but: they were late, they didnt have a tool to find the tank and I gave them a ride to nearby ACE...2) few months later sewer backed up - turned out that they missed a problem with in-flow T. Charged another 2k for replacing it + the line from the house to the tank. They were late and worked into the night...3) wanted to pump tank in Aug19 - they scheduled the time and didnt make it (I took time of my job, they called and said they are running late).4) arranged another time for tank pumping. It was raining - they called their appointment off and didnt come because of the rain.5) rescheduled for another time: they called and said theyre running late. Asked to reschedule6) rescheduled for another time: didnt show up.There you go 1/5

I highly recommend Action Septic Pro. Ken and Jamie did a fantastic job of helping us out in an emergency when no other company was available late on a rainy December Saturday night. The company we hired to do the work the year before did not do it properly. Ken and Jamie stayed for hours until the issue was resolved. We cannot thank them enough!

Having to call a septic company is probably going to be your worst nightmare...or thats what I thought untill I called these guys.Jamie and his friend Timmy made my worst case scenario pretty easy to deal with. They were on-time (and didnt charge me extra for it either) and prompt and honest with repairs. I did spend a good amount of money with them and it felt good to know that my hard earned money was spent with people who appreciate and deserve it.Overall, while I hope to never see them again I would not be hesitant to call them again or refer them to my friends and family.Thanks Again guys!

Excellen service, great workersMatt and another worker arrived promptly, they were very curteous and knowledgeble. They never tried to sell us more than what was absolutely needed,they did point out broken parts that clearly needed to be replaced. They fixed a nasty problem.

I called about a septic problem, was specific about the situation, took a day off work so that they could show up the day after to tell me they did not bring tools to lift the lid and they could not do they work needed or tell me what the problem was.

Not happy what they did.
