When the washing machine emptied out the water came up in the toilet and tub. I tried to plunge it out to no avail. I called these guys since they did a great job for me a few years ago at our old house. They came out and determined that I was actually on a septic system (I suspected I was but wasnt 100% sure). They immediately found where a tree root had crushed the drain field. Plus I had never pumped the system out since I was unaware. Once they determined the problem they left and came back with the another truck (the same day) to complete the job. They just seemed to know exactly what to do and everything went like clockwork. Plus they could have easily told me I needed to replace the whole thing and I would have believed them. Instead they offered to replace just the damaged section. Highly recommend!
