These days I’ve become so accustomed to poor customer service that when you get GREAT customer service it almost stuns me. I can’t recommend Jumptastic enough and we will definitely be using them again. Excellent communication and the entire process went perfectly. Even the guy that came to set up our slide was super friendly and on time. Five stars!

I searched for the perfect company to do business with when looking for a bouncer. I found exactly that when I came upon Jumptastic. From reservation, to delivery, to pricing they are wonderful. I recommend them to anyone needing bounce house services! They are awesome!

Awesome experience!! They were there on time, I had to do absolutely nothing. The kids had a blast and when we were done they picked up the jumpy house without me even noticing. Highly recommend!!

I rented the princess jump house, a cotton candy machine, a snow cone machine, two attendants, tables and chairs. The jump house was perfect. The cotton candy machine was supposed to have pink and blue colors but no one was able to get pink. The customer service representative informed me it was because someone requested a mixture. I’m no cotton candy expert I only know we weren’t able to have pink. The tables and chairs were filthy, a manger came by to drop off a piece of equipment that was left off of the truck and I asked him while cleaning why it was sent in that condition. He was pleasant and said they were only supposed to load clean items and to speak to customer service. I wiped the chairs for a little over an hour to attempt to clean them up a bit. I’m not speaking of scuffs/scrapes from multiple use I’m speaking of pure dirt. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant, the guys that loaded were great, the attendants were nice. They offered a $79 credit, I asked for a $79 refund instead they refused. My total was $877, a $79 refund versus credit to rectify the issue shouldn’t have been a big deal. I’d recommend the jump house, save your money of the extra rentals. Again everyone was very pleasant and they attempted to fix the issue the equipment just wasn’t up to par.

Everything from start to finish was easy and professional with Jumptastic! I mean from the initial phone call to the pick up of our rental. The prices were reasonable and the service was stellar. My baby loved her party and everyone had a wonderful time. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks!

I ordered a big movie screen with projector, tables, chairs, a big tent, popcorn machine and other stuff for a MEMORIAL GARDEN PARTY that I was having to honor my two deceased sons.Unexpectedly and unfortunately a few days before my Memorial Garden Party my daughter died after she had her baby. Therefore, I was going to include my daughter in the Memorial Garden Party Dedication.The company allowed me to make some adjustments and add yellow in my order to allow it to reflect my daughter. Everyone was so nice and kind and helpful and compassionate.I appreciate it all of their hard work and kindness towards me and my family. I would suggest this company to anyone who is having any type of event and need their services.

Had a great experience renting from jumptastic. I rented the double water slide for a teenage party. The kids loved it! The 2 guys who set this up were great. They were on time for setting up and for taking it down. Renting from this company was super easy, reliable and will use them again!

Jumptastic will be my go to from here on out! Set up takes no more than 10 minutes and they install it all and they come and pick it up when your reservation time is over. Best! Day! Ever!We rented the 15’ celebration waterslide for our Memorial Day party and it was a big success. From 3 years old to 42 years old everyone had the best time. Setup was earlier than expected which gave us extra time and the delivery guy was so nice and helpful. Our friends can’t wait for next year... would highly recommend.

We rented a large inflatable water slide, and the kids loved it. The price was reasonable, and they were good and efficient with the setup and breakdown. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend them.

For our son’s 6th birthday, my husband and I rented a bounce house and slide combination from Jumptastic. They were spectacular.We’re talking about white glove service, here. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, set the whole thing up for us and showed us how to use it. Then, that evening, when it was absolutely monsooning, they didn’t hesitate to swing back in the pouring rain and take down the entire structure.Mac was as friendly and helpful as they come. I use Jumptastic often for my kids parties. Lets face it entertaining kids can be tiring so why not let them entertain themselves with min adult supervision? I love that the company though I have an allotted time for pick up, its usually still after that appointment if not the next day so I get a lot of use of my jumper. Ive noticed since Covid, a lot of daycare centers are renting jumpers out which is also a great idea since you cant really take the kids on weekly trips anywhere.

Jumptastic is a great company. It is super easy to schedule everything online and then they follow up with a phone call later. I needed to switch my party to a Sunday because of the weather and they were super helpful and accommodating. This is the 3rd time I have used them and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I have used Jumptastic twice and both times were excellent. Their service is great. When they delivered the jumpy they noticed it was not totally clean on the inside before we saw it and brought out a new one immediately. I would highly recommend them.

I love the service with this company. They deliver early and pick up the equipment on time. The bounce houses are always clean and I use them every year for my daughters birthday. The only complaint is that I cant ever use the coupon they send me because it drops me below the minimum and then it charges me for delivery, so it cancels itself out. Outside of that, I will continue to use them every year!

Have now rented waterslides from Jumptastic 5 times, and will continue. The staff who set up and tear down are always professional and personable. They bring what is needed to hold down the slide on our turf, and always make sure to leave the space clean when they haul the slide away. Highly recommend. We have rented waterslides from 15 feet tall to 18 feet tall, single and dual lanes. All have been fun for children and the adults!

The Jumptastic team was AMAZING!! They answered the phone when I called - which was rare. They got me set up QUICKLY (within 48 hours of my event) - and it was so simple! I decided to go with Jumptastic last year for my 30th birthday party and that was the best decision I could have ever made. I got the two lane slip n slide with the pool at the end, dunk tank and the hydroblaster. I really appreciate how I was able to pay on my rentals over time!!!! I paid a little over 1000 for everything and it was so worth it!!!! My party was a huge hit because of the water actives!!! You either have to be really good or really bad for me write something about you.I had the best experience with Jumtastic!I watched my brother deal with a horrible inflatable rental company over the 4th of July weekend. They overcharged him, brought the item late, just had him jumping a lot of unnecessary hoops.Jumptastic made the process easy! The prices were comparable. They communicated well. They even have a video on how to properly use the equipment, dos and donts, and what to watch out for. They came early to set up, the gentleman was very nice and professional. Our kids party was a hit and they played a part in making that happen! Will definitely use them again!

AVOID! Showed up late and ruined the event. We rescheduled for the next day and they tried to charge us! Then they tried to pick it up right before the rescheduled time, ruining half the event a second time. When I called, they lied to me and said they had told us they were going to pick it up early (even though the whole point was to reschedule for the same time the next day). JUST AWFUL.

Jumptastic is the best! I recently rented from them for my 4 year old twins’ birthday party. Customer service is top notch. Pricing was very reasonable. They were on time, and they made the setup seem like a breeze. Had no issues with the rentals during the party (or at any time). We got a jumpy house and a bouncy slide. It was a hit for everyone! All the equipment was clean and safe. Disassembly was hassle-free. Will definitely rent from them again. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend.

*UPDATE*. Today I was called by a different manager, and he apologized for my experience with the previous employee. He also said they wanted to make things right and refund the replacement cost of the drywall they damaged. In addition, he gave us a $75 credit to use on our next rental as an apology. I appreciate that they reached I to make it right, and I hope they retrain the first employee I talked to in how to handle customers.We’ve used jumptastic for water slides slides several times . They’ve always been put in the same location and taken down without issue. Our last rental went well until they came to take the slide down. The jumptastic employee who took the slide down was extremely careless and flooded our entire garage with inches water. This was 100% avoidable had he taken a little more time to carefully drain the water, or at least ask us to close the garage the mitigate the potential for flooding. We happened to be storing $150 worth of drywall in our garage, which was completely soaked due to their negligence. I emailed jumptastic and a manager called me back and basically said it’s not they responsibility. He acted as if it was our fault and have couldn’t have been avoided. I explained that we’ve had multiple slides in that same location that were drained without issue. He refused to even acknowledge the employee did anything wrong. We will NEVER use them again. Be careful, they will not respect your home or take responsibility for any damage they cause.

Jumptastic was a great experience and offered excellent customer service. We had a weather front roll in a few days before the party and the ease to modify the order was simple. Have worked with Jumptastic on a couple of different occassions. from reservation to set up to overall value, they are the real deal.

Setting up the reservation was pretty painless. A little back-and-forth to figure out times. Confirmation communication was fantastic including a safety video. Installer showed up perfectly on time and we’re very kind to me and my kid. The slide was in great shape, clean and a huge hit! Pickup was delayed till the next day (they called & asked permission to leave it).
