What a joke. Attempted delivery failed 3 hours in the future? Pathetic.
Slowest post office on the planet- no matter what day or time, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. The associates that work there are super nice, but there is usually only one teller working out front, and the line is ofen out the door. Considering the wait time, going to this post office is never a pleasant experience.
Keep reporting my review I keep posting. This is the worst post office I have ever seen, used, been into. Never deliver packages on time, Lie about why they can’t deliver packages on time, deliver mail after 7:30 PM which is ridiculous to have their employees out that late. I don’t know where to end there’s so many complaints. Horrible service! And whoever reported my last one when you report this one I’ll just do another one that’s fine.
I came in 2 weeks and 2 days ago getting my lock changed for my mailbox for my new appt. I was told their lock changer retired and it was going to be 2 weeks before I was able to get my key... okay I was very understanding. They called me last week on Wednesday telling me there’s a girl coming out Thursday to change it and I’ll get my key. Okay... no call. No show. I’ve been calling the office since last Friday and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PAY MY BILLS IF I CANT ACCESS MY MAIL?!

I will never come here to do business again. They failed to scan my package and after repeated attempts to reach someone on the phone, all I ever got was a message and no call back. I filed a claim online but will not be returning here. This has cost me a sale through my business due to not being able to track the package and not knowing if it was lost or not. I would caution fellow business owners about entrusting this location with their packages as customer service is non-existent.
I was tracking my package for weeks and it shows that it’s at their post office. I asked if I could just come pick it up and he said no and hung up. Lol these ppl are weird
It would be a wonderful post office. The staff are nice .Yet there isn’t enough room to park anywhere. This is from the 1930’s.
This is the worst post office Ive ever dealt with. They misplaced 56 packages because they refused to do their job and scan them. Oddly enough, the packages all appeared the day after I talked to some woman in Atlanta and filed lost package forms on several of them. This was 12 days after they were dropped off. No one ever is held responsible for their failure to do their jobs. Id like to know where they misplaced 56 packages (all books so not little packages).
Mailed a letter 3weeks ago and my letter is yet to be received
OMG the staff at this post office blew me off my socks, I went in trying to mail three Christmas packages. They went out off their way to help me with my package and also saved me $30 on mailing by advising me to use alternative package box. I am sincerely gratefully to the staff here, and now I have found a post office I can call my local post office.
These people are one of the reasons that USPS needs to go and mail needs to be privatized. These people are the worst in the business. These sorry carriers that work the Crogan St zone do not attempt to deliver to apartments. They will just put attempted delivery and take it back to the post office. Lazy bums wont climb any stairs. Need to be working somewhere else.
One of the better locations, easy in and out. Despite COVID-19 and social distance, great service, and COVID-19 precautions are taken seriously.
Very busy, used self-service credit card machine to get 2 stamps. Printed receipt, still no stamps. After about 40 seconds, the stamps came out on the right side. Dont know why such a delay after I used my card?

They have no air conditioning in the lobby where they make you stand and sweat, they service is extremely SLOW. I just want prestamped envelopes and am waiting in line over an hr! Its like this all the time
If I could give less stars I would! Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with and I don’t even live in the state. My package went missing in April 2020 last scanned at this office for return delivery. I’ve attempted to call NUMEROUS times in which they do not answer nor do they return phone calls. The phone continuously rings until it hangs up. Shame on you. Not good for business.

Came in to get a lock change. That was back in November 2020.never came out and got it done. Now its already Jan 13th 2021 and still nothing. Today morning, my mother waited for the mail man and he was very rude and unprofessional, he wouldnt even give the mail to my mother, even after she told the mail man about the situation....something needs to be done about this
The post office wasnt busy. The gentlemen that helped me (clerk #8 - forgot his name) was fast, helpful and professional. One clerk was just on his phone and in his own world but there was no else to help so no harm no foul. The person that helped me was great.
Someone from USPS Crogan St (Lawrenceville GA) tore open the top to a box delivered to our house (afterwards they put it in the mailbox). They used a key or something - not a knife - because it caused a jagged tear. Apparently nothing was taken, but the important thing is the LOWLIFES were looking to steal something. About 1/2 of them need to be fired.
Even tho it is busy at this time y’all need more workers yall was entirely too slow and the white lady with white hair acts like she doesn’t want to be there how slow they all are!

I warn you don’t use the post office use UPS or FedEx they shipped my package without scanning it now I have no tracking . so I went back and asked why don’t you scan the package and he said we don’t always scan the packages but they will eventually get there. Are you serious? Should they even be in business?

Waited all day for a package to be delivered to my apartment. I was checking on the Hr pretty much for tracking and no updates other than estimated delivery time by 8pm. I still checked the mailbox around 11 and got all the old mail and then checked again around 4pm and still nothing but junk mail. Around 6pm I received a notification from tracking that the attempted a delivery at 3:18pm and that a notice was left showing the attempt... Horse sheet... No notice at my door went back to the mailbox NO NOTICE AT THE BOX. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE EXACT REASON WHY USPS IS A GARBAGE SERVICE. IF I HAD MY CHOICE ID NEVER CHOOSE THEM. LAZY WORKERS DOING A PISS POOR JOB. ITS JUST MAIL NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. CAN I GET AN AMAZON DRONE TO DELIVER FOR ME. IF USPS FAILS AND SHUTS DOWN IT MIGHT BE A GOOD THING. A LOT LESS HASSLE FOR YOUR STUFF TO GET DELIVERED. HORRIBLE SERVICE, GARBAGE TRACKING SYSTEM AND LAZY WORKERS IF THEY SAY THEY TRIED... NO YOU DIDNT I WAS THERE WAITING.
My mail is delivered from this post office. For years they have not had a regular mail carrier for my neighborhood. Our mail is normally delivered after 8:00 pm if at all. They constantly deliver other people’s mail to my address. This post office needs to hire some quality people and fire the ones currently there.
I’ve lived in Lawrenceville Georgia for around 15 years and have rarely had issues with USPS. Hence my 3 star review (and not a one star review). However, when someone at this place screws up, they really don’t seem to have a way of controlling the situation. In particular, this seems to be because the current system of documentation is not implemented or enforced properly. They don’t know where my package is. I tried everything, talked to the supervisor, manager in person and through the phone, filed claims and they don’t have a clue where my package is. Is the package in a usps facility or in route to a other location? Has it been stolen? Nobody knows or cares. The documentation is absent. This company does not have the systems and programs in place to establish the reliability of their services.
I suppose they’ve totally revamped their Customer Service model, because as soon as I walked in I was greeted by very friendly employees who offered to help and were able to get numerous customers in and out extremely quickly. It’s also refreshing to see local government employees with great personalities, I must say.
No info on my package. Cannot speak to live person. They should just simply turn that place into a restaurant like theyre doing to everything else down there!!!
Only open for THREE HOURS on Saturdays. So disrespectful. Had two day EXPRESS on my package. Suppose to be here Saturday. Did it get here? Not at all. Package said it arrived at the facility at 12:41pm. Since the closed at 12, I couldnt get my package til Monday. They lose track of packages and one time they sent me a letter in my mailbox to come pick up my own package. Lines are long and usually have one slow person who you have to tell one digit at a time to for tracking. If you pay extra for two day shipping for Saturday, dont. Youre better off paying regular price and waiting
My experience here was wonderful. The post master was out in the lobby today greeting each customer asking them what they needed to quickly move the line along. Ive never seen this done before in my 32 years of life. Keep up the great work! #postalproud

This post office sucks. They are not willing to help with anything. I have been calling and even went to this location about a package that was to be delivered by the 6th of this month and I still have not gotten it. They are not trying to find it or anything. Spoke to a manager and she said she would call me and yet I sit here waiting and still no call. First class mail.... yeah right.... more like I dont care about your package and we will keep your stuff that we want... very rude staff and supervisors at this location. Wish there was a better way to get a problem fixed than dealing with these people at this location. 800 number is over an hour wait and all they tell you is that they will open a case and call you within 24 to 48 hours. Still no call from them about my package. And its been 7 days past due. Worst mail place ever. USPS SUCKS.
It is one clerk at this office that is very helpful and shows, ex plenary customer service. I will def. Remember his name next time toads on my positive experience. However, the manager I believe thats who he was .. He had on plain clothing was very rude .. And, one of most of the staff is as well..NOTE:: Hire people who enjoy working with the general Public.. Sent my baby shower invites & its been almost 2 weeks & no one has received them! All addresses were LOCAL. No direct number. No tracking. Where Tf are my imvites?! We spent over $200 on!

Sign on the door showed opens at 8:30, they actually opened the doors at 8:36.One teller handling the first 5 people that were standing in line since 8:15.I finally got my turn at the counter at 8:50.Late to work today, thank you Lawrenceville Post Office for being so efficient and customer supportive, NOT!

I mailed several packages through Express Mail and they delivered late one day after the guaranteed date. I came back to this location and asked them for refund. The clerks said they couldnt refund because I use Click-N-Ship label therefore I have to do it online but never give instruction or how to do it online. Well I called post office 1800 and they said they never heard of that. It has to be done via local post office. These folks should work in private mailing sectors so they can be better informed and know what they are doing.
Dropped off several packages one morning, only to find that they had shipped them 3 days later. AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ITEMS GETTING DELIVERED ON TIME. Too bad they are government funded, places like this would go out of business VERY FAST. They give the USPS a bad name. The government needs to hold employees accountable for their sloppiness. Horrible.
.... Shipped a package in this area. They are returning to sender even though its a valid address. They NEVER answer their phone. It literally rings until it just stops and disconnects. I called USPS and filed a complaint and I will be sending the package again FREE OF CHARGE no matter what but this location is garbage and should not be trusted. They are negligent and cannot handle SIMPLE tasks. Pathetically awful.

Totally unprofessional. I waited in line for close to half an hour by the time I get to the counter the lady there has the audacity to tell me next time going drop it off over there.I didnt stand in line for half an hour for nothing. I needed a receipt so common sense is to ask the customer how may I help you or do you need a receipt for this.If youre having a bad day dont take it out on the customers. I did absolutely nothing to this person so I dont deserve any disrespect.Clearly the reviews on this location is at most accurate and management needs to jump on It..

I waited over 30 minutes on the phone and someone picked up and hung up. They said my package was delivered but it wasnt because I was home all day working on my vehicle and I saw the postal carrier and didnt deliver nothing. This is BS and it seems you cant reach anyone on the phone.
Lost my package with a tracking number. Track said it was delivered and went to the post office and they called the letter carrier and he didnt remember dropping off a package. Wth

I have been a heavy user of this post office for the last 3 years. The service is not as bad as some reviewers suggest. At busy times service can be slow, but for most of the day you can get in, do your business and get back out again. They really need more self service kiosks so that people could help themselves.
Second time they lost a package in one year! Tracking says it was delivered, but it was not. I never have problems with UPS. Why cant the USPS get it right???
No external mail drop, slow to mail letters and packages, very minimal parking. Theres so many other locations that are significantly better options.
The site was not working to hold your mail online, so I called the post office. They wouldnt do it over phone but told me to leave a note in my mailbox. I expressed reserves on this, especially since medicine was coming that week by mail. They assured me all would be well. So, Friday we left a note saying to hold our mail for a week. It never happened!!!! In fact, my note got taped to another neighbors magazine, which then got delivered to another (the wrong) neighbor! Total ineptitude.
Employees are very knowledgeable, very kind, respectful and very prompt. They are moving at the pace they are supposed to. They give everyone the chance to do what they come at the Post office for.

The worst post office I have ever been to. The lines are super long and they take their time chatting up with people. Should of been 5 minutes which turned to 45 minutes and I was third in line. Do not come to this one.
Went to ship a chicken to my friend. the workers here jumped up like Im shipping a bomb or something. they all went oh my god oh my god. What is that noise?!. Like what they eat at chick fil a grows on trees. Nobody wants to touch the box. funny and amusing that makes me wonder if people now a day think meat comes from the market not from a farm.
Attempted to use the self service 24/7 kiosk to deliver a package at about 9pm at night. Unfortunately this location doesnt stock their package envelopes for the self service kiosk. Had to travel to another office for my delivery.
Easily the worst post office experience Ive ever had, if not the worst experience Ive had with any place in regards to service. I spent 30 minutes at this facility, 28 minutes were spent in line, and that is not an exaggeration. My trip here included a lady getting so mad that she punched a machine off the counter, and I cant say I blamed her. The supervisor spoke to her with so much attitude, and was acting like she was doing the patron a favor by wasting her time. Never have I seen people treat others so rudely. Her attitude didnt stop there either. To her, everyone should know the inner workings of a post office, and any questions a person asks immediately qualifies them as an idiot. This was not her attitude with one person, but with everyone she spoke to. When I finally had my turn to approach the counter, I was spoken to in the exact same manner. If a supervisor speaks some way to patrons, of course her subordinates will act exactly the same. I was treated like an idiot for asking my options, and whenever I tried to speak I was cut off. I felt like punching things onto the ground after my visit as well. Not to mention that the supervisor took her sweet time making a drama out of what unfolded with the woman that knocked things over, rather than finishing what she needed to do, and moving on to help patrons of the post office. I happened upon this post office because I was in the area, but never again will I go near it.
My brother went up there to pick up a package that my relative from out of state sent with the wrong address. He was provided with the package tracking number and information. He told me the man that was helping him was ruined and underline prejudice/racist. When it was his turn the man wouldnt let him explain why he to pick it up in person. Every time he tried to talk the old man would cut him off. Then he told my brother that they sent it to another post office about a hour away and that it wasnt his or the post offices of Lawrencevilles problem anymore in a very rude manor.
This post office has lost 2 of my packages. I called twice on two packages and let them know the address was incorrect. The informed me that they would correct the label. when i tracked my packages they had been delivered to the wrong address. I call them again and i always get the same lady that seems like i am disturbing her day. says that she will get it fixed and then hangs up. I am starting not to trust the post office..

Yesterday I didnt recieve my package even though the tracking website said it was delivered. I called today and the lady who answered the phone didnt even help me and sounded uninterested . All she said was wait until tomorrow for the package .

Saturday morning, very busy, one clerk. Finally got to front of line, another clerk finally cones out (after 50 minutes in line) asks me what I was shipping, she didnt offer help on different shopping methods. Finally got to counter, clerk rudely told me to finish filling out slip so she can get next customer. Got done, then she told me how much it was, I changed my mind then she got hateful. So I just purchased stamps to send card. They are rude, slow, and have NO customer service. I will NEVER go to this location again!!!

Horrible!!!!! I have express shipping on a package thats been sent out to them and 4 days later, they havent updated my status on my item that was already supposed to be here!!!!! On top of that, NO ONE picks up my phone calls there! So upsetting.

Sent a letter paid for it to be delivered in two daysas a result, it has not been for two weeks and the tracking number is not availablewhen I came to them and said this they said that they have no idea how it happened and tried to explain what to expect and what to dothe whole problem is that there are retirees who have to stay at home for a long time and the manager of non-entities who tried to prove to me that I sent by simple mail where the letter goes from 7 to 14 days when I showed him the check where it is indicated paid and sent and should be delivered in of the day he said that he did not want to say more
Worst service ever. They work slow and never have anything on time. They confirm orders arrival but when you go to pick up your item its not available. I guess thats why they call it postal service.
