Its a wonderful environment! Just what I needed in the area.. A personal space where you can work out and feel safe during covid. tHigh energy, fun, and she offers a variety of classes, in person and on zoom. Flossy is great!

Would definitely recommend! I just left from a midnight Trap Cardio class and I had so much fun! Very professional, temperature was checked at the door and everyone wore masks.
