I usually go during quiet times. Lots of equipment and no pressure. Im rehabbing my knees so I enjoy the multitude of abilities there.

I love PF in general & regularly go to about 4 locations. This one is my least favorite. It’s smaller & more cramped than the others & there are no social distancing signs on the treadmills like the other locations have. Why?? Also seem to be fewer cleaning stations. Beyond that, things have an air of neglect. The big clock on the wall doesn’t work. A bench in the women’s locker room is wobbly & feels like it’s going to throw you on the floor. Just a vibe of not keeping things in good repair. It’s in a nice area. Odd that it doesn’t seem as well maintained.

I preferred this location even after I moved out of the area bc it seemed to fewer people. The employees were very helpful at first and an upbeat attitude. Over the past few months the employees attitudes have changed and it is impossible to find someone at the front desk at any point in time at night. I sit and waited for up to 30 minutes before walking around having to find an employee to help me. On one occasion a girl came in after approximately 30 to 45 minutes sit behind the counter with her hair tossed up in a messy bun and a slouched look and looked like as if she had been sleeping. She stated that she was in her car eating cereal but also stated it was not even her break. Which makes me wonder if she was just sitting there watching me from the outside windows as I stood there at the front desk waiting. Now mind you I typically go and lay in the tanning bed I am going to work out at some point but still a bit of social anxiety which deters me and I usually leave. Im pretty sure this is why I dont get service as the other guests do but I feel however I pay my membership every month and deserve the same type of treatment and service when I come to this location. I believe that someone should be present at the front desk at all times. It just isnt good upon the company and I will be moving to another location if I even decide to go back to a planet fitness again.

This is so far the worse PF gym Ive been to...Very cramped, outdated equipment and lack of sanitizer isnt a concern. The guy at night is curious, Ill say that much. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me so when I do have to go to this gym I bring sanitizer with me.

Nice facility. Joined for the month I will be in town for family business. Really cheap, I got the black membership that allows me to take my wife (or a guest) for free. Good app you can download. The app has a feature that indicates how many people are in the facility so you can plan your visit. Clean and well maintained equipment. Doesnt have my favorite equipment - Crankit and ropes.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. They are very wiling to help. The equipment is in clean and excellent condition. I never feel self conscience at this gym.

Fair price for all the services offered. My location is almost never super crowded and Michael gives the best customer service!!

You must keep your stuff in a locker. Ive never had a club come after me for my purse. Both days they insisted Im taking it I forget my phone on a machine. Im a little forgetful which is why its good to have my bag with me.

I been visiting this Gym and I love this place, the only thing is that It is always full of people I have varied my schedule but I get it full at all times☺️

Safe location, massage chairs are not always working.

Need more staff. Waited around to use the massage equipment, was told to wait. 10 mins later, they are doing a tour and didnt apologize about forgetting, or anything.

Very basic level of gym, there are many treadmills and cardio machines. The free weights are very limited.

Great gym. Trainers are amazing, lots of options and different machines. Tanning, massage chairs, beautiful and friendly environment.

I enjoyed my experience at the Lawrenceville location! Clean, not too crowded, machines spaced out nicely for covid safety.The fans made it hard to work up a good sweat though. Great for circulation but not so much sweating.

Joined Planet Fitness on the Black Card Membership. I am a new member and it was my first time going to Planet Fitness. I didnt get offered a tour, meet and greet, NOTHING! So UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT even give you a T shirt for becoming a top member.WHERES THE COURTESY???? Still go because I paid, but looking for another gym or better location than the Lawrenceville-Suwanee location.

I came to use my membership I was with planet fitness for the last three years until today The lady at the front desk she’s not professional enough and the manager he didn’t care about it I cancel my membership right away because that kind of attitude and horrible staff working on this place

Moved out of Georgia a year ago they’ve been charging my account since . They’ve gotten paid for multiple months however want me to pay a balance for months i wasn’t even living in the state and could not attend their gym . Complete scam artist . Jolman is the worst

The place is nice and clean. I just didnt like the fact that the 50% of the people were not wearing a mask in the gym. I guess the rules are different at certain locations.

These are great gyms for the price. They have every piece of equipment you may need, along with different rooms designed for specific circuit training. With their BLACK (premium membership): you get the use of hydro-massage beds, a red light therapy standing bed, and both laying & standing tanning beds.*AND CURRENTLY DURING COVID WHILE THEY NORMALLY HAVE YOU CLEAN EVERYTHING AFTER YOU USE IT ANYWAY, THEY ARE TAKING EXTRA PRECAUTIONS AND HAVING IT FOGGED EVERY NIGHT, ALONG WITH LIMITING THE # OF PEOPLE AT A GIVEN TIME, SOCIAL DISTANCING, AND REQUIRING FACEMASKS BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.*

I went to this gym today and a member of the staff was not wearing his mask at all. I did not feel safe and do not like this atmosphere.

Come here often. Gym is always clean & well maintained. Employees greet you & are cheery.

Absolutely despicable!! Stay away. Swuanne facility is filled w/t lasy personal that refuses to clean the facility & expects you to do it. Youve been warned!!

The atmosphere is really friendly! I really like the fact that you can work out without feeling like everyone is looking at you or judging you! I love the hydro water beds as well as the massage chairs! Oh and you cant forget about the free candy!

Clean facility with helpful staff

Love it so far but,Today 11/2/2020 the entire hr & a half one of the female employees in a yellow jkt stay in the stretch area talking to 2 guys just sitting on the machines and they were LOUD the entire time. Pretty annoying.

Needs some equipment updating. The massage chairs are rough. The staff is nice though. Free weight section is cramped.

I’ve only been at this gym for a month, but I already love it. You go in and do what you need to do. The only kind of criticism I have is the location. There’s a little bit to be desired but I know they are currently under construction with a new gymnastic studio next door. Other than that I’ve never had an issue.

Kinda crowded all the time

Staff is ok here. Cleanliness could be better, especially the women’s restroom (it is hardly ever clean). Overall I don’t have any problem going here on a regular basis.

This is my new home gym. Sometimes the staff are polite and speak but sometimes they just glare at or completely ignore you. The facilities are pretty clean and they’ve been making small improvements. Their trainer Michael is very good and super friendly, literally stops what he’s doing to speak everytime. With the exception of a few staff this is an absolutely great gym!

These people are friendly and helpful. I am overcoming injuries and illness. They are tailoring a program just for me. They have great equipment, balls, mats, hydrotherapy, massage chairs, Cellular Beauty Machine ..Michael and Sarah have tagged teamed me to make sure I heal and move forward. Not just the employees are great, the people who workout here are helpful, fun, friendly. This was a good decision for my healing journey.

Ghetto and old.....No thank u .... I didnt think a gym so outdated would be Lawrenceville. A hot mess.. Dirty bathrooms, pipes are not even automated, no hand sanitizer and clingy clean.

The showers are disgusting and the employee behind the counter said the cleaning crew hasn’t shown up!! Well wouldn’t you ask your staff to clean them or hire a new cleaning company or shouldn’t the franchise owner clean it themselves? Talk about keeping up with CDC standards I would say a big heck no to That!!

The atmosphere is great...but my new favorite part is the trainer MICHAEL. He is enthusiastic about helping me and others obtain their goals. I am looking forward to participating in all of his classes and my results.

Facility is kept clean including the restrooms. But if you cancelled your membership and the employee didn’t process the cancellation even with email proof the most they are willing to do is offer to waive past due balance if you put not “one” card on file but “two” forms of payments on file. Otherwise, the balance sits on the account. I spoke to Lavoie and he stated account will not go to collections but with the way I’ve been treated throughout this process I can’t take his word. I will be reporting to the Consumer Finance Bureau for illegal billing tactics.

I really like this gym! When they switched out the old mats for new ones they gave me one of the old ones. It’s always very clean & Ive never had any problems at the front desk. :)

This gym is fantastic. It is clean, has many amenities and the staff is always pleasant. I like that the equipment is spread out, has different areas blocked off to target different areas, and that the massage and tanning areas are in the back, away from the fitness equipment.The lockers and showers are also spacious and clean as well.

Your front desk employee Danae is an absolute pleasure to talk to. Shes so friendly and welcoming, not to mention shes always on her feet cleaning different areas of the gym. When at the front desk, shes constantly greeting members and going the extra mile to help them with whatever they need. I always make it a point to go workout while shes there because of her outstanding customer service. Give this girl a raise, she really deserves it! There are some other employees there that could really stand to take some cues from her. Thankyou Danae, for always making my workout time a welcoming experience.

They don’t even deserve one star on this review, I had a Terrible experience with this “gym” I cancelled my membership paid off the cancellation fee, some weeks ago I got an email saying that they will send to collection the remaining “cancellation fee due” please stay away of this gym chain they are just trying to drain your pockets for no reason. I will like to rate them -5 stars.

This is my home gym. I oove going here to workout. It is in a convenient location and is ope 24 hours. The atmosphere is comfortable and fellow gym goers are friendly. The staff is some if the nicest most friendly group you will meet in a gym. The monthly gym fee is very reasonable. This gym makes you want to go even if tou dont feel like it sometime. It is just a positive environment and place to be between both staff and other gym goers.

I genuinely love working out here. The staff is always friendly, but not over the top. I come in early, so Im not up for a ton of conversation. Basically, Im there to get in, work out and get out. You see the normal wear and tear on the machines but theyre usually good about jumping on stuff to fix it if it isnt working. If youre good with a place to go work out and be left alone, this is perfect for you, but if youre looking for lots of group participation, not so much. Its just right for me.

Great place to work out if u dont want to get distracted. Love their stretching machines plus u can use their chair massage and hydro massage to relax ur muscles after a good workout at no additional cost. Also monthly fee is not expensive. < $23.00. Worth it.

The staff is amazing. They are always cleaning and make the gym feel like home! Unfortunately I don’t feel the same about management, their have been numerous occasions when I ask to speak to the manger (on the phone or in person) and he/she is MIA. I know they work 9-5, but it seems like they work....never. I spend roughly two hours here 3-4 during the week and would love to meet him/her. I’m usually not the review type of person, but the fact that the water fountain has been warm for about a month now really irks me, especially when I know that the staff is telling management these things need to be taken care of and they are not.

Great staff. Been a member since soon after they opened and while staff has changed they always seem to find great people. They do a nice job greeting folks and keeping the place clean. Sometimes equipment breaks and is not immediately fixed. Close for me and convenient 24/7 hours.

After I canceled my membership in 2016 I was still charged a monthly fee until I found out earlier this year. Tried to talk to management but was told that they cannot refund any money because I didnt have my cancellation notice. Be careful when choosing a gym like this.

I love this gym. The staff is super nice and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. Ive been attending this gym for a little over 2 months and I still enjoy working out. Ill be around for a while. I have no plans on terminating my membership anytime soon. 🙂

So Im hoping someone can assist me with understanding why for a membership I can not pay in full and have to give a BANK ACCT. and Routing #. This location is .8 miles from my home. I have been wanting to join for the past 3 years. and to no avail. I am unable to speak with anyone except for a location manager concerning this matter.

Nice clean gym, excellent quality and variety of equipment. Helpful and friendly staff. It’s nice to work out hassle-free whenever I am visiting the Lawrenceville area and other places in the country when I travel since I have a Black card membership. For me, Planet Fitness is an excellent value.

Gym itself is nice, a little smaller than other Planet Fitness gym. My issue is that the parking lot lights do not come on until near 10pm at night! Its really dark in the parking lot and that isnt safe for anyone, especially single women who cant find a space in front.Please fix the timers on the lights
