I have been going here for a couple of years and e business has gone downhill. They are understaff and have raised prices. I use to get a shadow/drop/ or bald fade for only $20. They then raised it to$25 and today was $30. Not worth waiting for over 30 minutes to over an hour for a 20 minute cut. Sadly I will have to find a new location

Very displeased and unprofessional with a barber named Meek, I have called numerous of times the day before to have my son schedule a haircut. When I show up his a no show, the rest of the barbers are very professional but this guy wasted my times back to back times. You would think if you give someone a chance the second time they would do right. Obviously he doesn’t care or respect his business and I will never come back! Very disappointed for him to be allowed to call himself a barber! And his definitely not a Master Barber!

I planned on giving this place my business, but no one was wearing a mask! You would have thought walking in to their business that the pandemic never existed! Its one thing for people getting their haircut not wearing a mask but every barber I saw in there also did not wear mask. Its disappointing when you see people running an establishment unprofessionally and not giving a damn about customer safety. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone who cares about their family and friends using this barbershop unless of course you also dont give a damn about wearing mask.

Only been able to get my hair cut once from them they are good but are hardly ever there and are barely open half time even though the open sign is almost always on. Good quality but never in attendance.

Are not wearing masks or cleaning the caps after each client. We scheduled an appointment. The barber’s are not equipped with masks to protect their clients. Very sad!

Today was my first time ever getting my hair cut to a some what buzz cut and I couldn’t be more satisfied. All the barbers there are very talented and respectful. The overall price was 100% reasonable and affordable. I would most definitely go there again.

Wasnt sure if I wanted to bring my son to this location new to the neighborhood wasnt really sure well my son needed a hair cut super bad I brought him an came inside an it was full of young black men getting hair cuts the same age as my son or little older that brought a positive feel well my son got his cut but it wasnt how he truly wanted so we went back to the barber that cut his hair an told him how truly wanted it he had no problem to make it right that was AWESOME yes I give them 5 plus star just for the customer service an giving such a great cut I recommend this barbershop its a great place to take your family Thankyou for the great cut

My barber Juice is the best! He is a creative genius when it comes to cuts, designs and overall attention to detail. In fact everyone there is dedicated to ensuring everyone has a great experience. Its more than just a barbershop, its a place you go to laugh, listen to music, reminisce, and forget about your worries.

I went in for a simple undercut. I’ve had them before and other barbers simply part the part I want cut and cut it. This man gives me a tapered cut....too far up in the back, he left spots, and after asking me “do you want some off the top?” And me saying NO he did it anyway. Then says “if you getting braids or something, you gotta get that first.” NO I don’t! You just messed up! Now I can’t do what I originally planned because he cut too much of my hair off. I’ll never go back.

Have been going here for a little more than a year now and its always a good time. I go to a specific barber, Milan, most of the time and he pretty much rescued my hairline from my previous barber (lol). Hes consistently good but you can pretty much go to anybody in here and theyll all take care of you and give you exactly what you want.The shop is really clean and well designed. Most importantly, besides the quality of the cut, is the fact that all the barbers in here are extremely friendly with each other and the atmosphere reflects that. Its just fun to be there.Finally, the prices are really good for the quality you get. If you were in Atlanta, youd be paying more than double for something similar!Overall, I highly recommend this shop.

Hair King Barnershop makes it extremely hard for you to support BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES!!! I call and was told they close at 7pm. I take my son to get a hair cut and we arrive at 6:45pm. The Open sign was still on so he goes inside. The barber tells him, “we are closed come back tomorrow.” Then turns off the Open sign as he walks out. I’m mad but ok, maybe they take their last client 15 minutes prior to closing.The very next day, which is today November, 27th, my son arrives at 6:25pm. They turn him away AGAIN and say they are closed. So now, I’m really pissed! I call and THEY ANSWER. I ask what time do you close and THE GUY HAS THE NERVE TO SAY 7PM and it’s NOW 6:30PM!!! I ask why my son was turned down two days in a row. His response as the owner was “I can’t control when barbers leave early’” BUT YOU are still there sir! I definitely let him know how dissatisfied I was as a PAYING customer and more so as someone trying to support the VERY FEW black owned businesses in Gwinnett County. I guess y’all good on money huh? It’s cool, I will not support them ever again. I’ll continue to take my son to Atlanta to support the black businesses that WANT my money! #Clowns

So I move to the area today and I tell my son who is 14 to google a barbershop near us and this barbershop comes up...My son has 2 barbers but again I moved today he has school tomorrow I’m still moving so I go to this shop...I was upset with my son’s haircut it was the worst and it didn’t look its cut....He asked for a simple temp fade something told me because of my experience so far in Georgia go inside and see who is cutting ur son’s head....I said Sir how long you been cutting hair I’m from Jersey and down here y’all can’t cut....he said I’ve been here a year I said Oooooo(as in OOOOOO HELL NAH A YEAR THAT’s NOT LONG ENOUGH)and he said don’t worry I got him LIES THEN I GO BACK IN AND HE SAYS DO YOU WANT NE TO GO UP HIGHER NO I WANT YOU TO TEMP FADE HIS HEAD AND WHAT IS THAT LINE UP OMG....WAIT AND HE CUT THE FRONT LOW LIKE A BANG MY SON SAID😂😂😂 then I get home 38 hot my husband looks at his cut and says yo you look like you got on a lace front what is that....and 1 still paid him $20 and when my son showed me the shop on maps it had no reviews I said son I’m not going there it has no reviews he said Mom please so only go to a horrible experience and go to leave my review and see they do have reviews I HAD TO LEAVE MINE PISSED MOM WITH MY SON’s 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL GOING THERE LOOKING CRAZY🤦‍♀️

I use to come here alot but today will be my last time i came in at 11am i got called to a chair at 1145 then had to get out the chair because they said somone else was here b4 me so ok i wait again an hr goes by and still no chair then i start noticing people around me going b4 me one inparticular ik didnt have an appointment im very disappointed and wasted alot of my time here .
