No type of respect for clients.Showed up here early for a cut. Hours say 9am they open still at 10 nobody is here. Spoke with the owner. Disrespectful. Asked if theyre was a barber you could call to get here considering i been waiting here. And there was no sense of urgency with anything. I needed a last minute cut and have used this barber in the past. I believe the lost theyre hospitality due to covid. Hopefully they can turn around this pathetic display of customer service.Would not get a cut here ever again.

Went to a salon to get my hair cut. 1 hour before close. The stylists were sitting around not doing anything and told me they had no appointments available.So i called Exquisite Cuts they told me to come in and Dom gave me a better cut than I would have gotten at the other place. Very happy and will be coming back to Dom next month. Thanks man.

Dom got me hooked up - first time at the shop and he took care of me. Got a nice temp fade that he did a great job on, especially for cutting me for the first time. He even put a mask on when I came up to get cut; I’ll be back

Well I moved down here and my daughter in law was cutting my hair and I wasnt comfortable with it, I searched for barbershop and found this one on the web, I checked it out and cut my hair I didnt have to wait for a long time. One thing they dont do is to use razor to aline and tape they only use the machine

My friend came here today, and got his time wasted half an hour from an unprofessional barber. Damn, all barbers are good but him beware.

If youre looking for real detail and a more touchy but nice experience ask for Susan Phan! She uses a hair Flowbee and a few other weird things which are cool.

Service is great, the barbers are nice, best one in my opinion is Ronny Razor with whom you can book an appointment with him on theCut app. What else could you ask for?

Man I love my barber!!!!! I never have to worry about my cut being messed up or him canceling on me. His conversation is always funny and relatable. The homies got someone for you if you need a cut. Everyone in the shop is capable. Prices are normal, atmosphere is Great.

They charge $30 for a cut. The cut was average, at best. I probably wont return

I went to Exquisite Cuts on 5/19/2019 to get braided from one of their stylists (Shuga Braids). I booked and paid a deposit the prior weekend confirmed an appointment time of 2pm today 5/19/19. I arrive exactly at 2pm expecting to be serviced, upon arriving I saw that Shuga was finishing up cornrows on someone, … I’m figuring cool cornrows don’t take that long to finish, then she moved across the room to start on another head which were faux locs. Now it’s about 2:20 so I walked up and asked about how much longer will I have to wait, and she tells me 30-35 minutes! Sitting waiting.... I realized it’s going on 3:30, so I walk outside to talk to a friend to help me figure out this foolery. I went back in and sat for a moment then asked Shruga how much longer because I’ve been waiting for 2 hours now and I have to go! She tells me she has 3 more braids, she apologizes for the trouble and if I needed to leave she understood. I asked her after those three braids how much longer from there and she said she had to style the hair and she did not want to give me another timeframe. So, I went to the restroom and went to sit back down. Shuga approached me and said at this time she had two options for me, that she could either give me my deposit back or the hair she purchased for me. She then states that she was not willing to do my hair because my vibe was off, and she did not want to transfer that vibe to her chair. My response was... “so your telling me after I’ve waited two hours you are now saying since my vibe is off you don’t want to do my hair”!! At no time did I cuss, called her out her name or anything!! I even stated that I needed to get my hair done and clearly, I was willing to wait longer,,,,, end result is that she gave me my deposit back and I walked out looking like a damn troll doll with my hair on top of my head!!!!

Absolutely disgusting place, took him 50 minutes to cut my already short hair, still didnt do it right and still had hair on the back of my neck. His instruments hurt my skin and I told him and he pretty much did nothing about it.

Walked in with a friend to get insulted by a customer plus one of barbers is another story. Wont be returning plus giving u a generous 1 Star.....
