I would highly recommend the Buford Drive location. Michael was the bondsman that assisted me. I was tired, worried & anxious. Definitely not familiar with the bonding process. Michael was patient & kind. He covered all important details with me and handled my situation in a short time. I was so grateful for his help & attitude. I also want to acknowledge Heather from the Cartersville office. She assisted me on the phone. She answered all my questions. We developed a payment plan that was workable for me. She was patient & polite and very detailed. If you are in need of a bondsman company I strongly suggest these folks. You will be informed and feel somewhat empowered and in a state of control. Good people. Fair agreements. Call them 1st.

People will try and revoke your bond and not call u until 48 hrs before. Especially if they see you almost done paying it all off. Glad they got me.out but will never work with these people again. They absolutely arent willing to give u any extensions even in this time of crisis. Dont use this company unless you were desperate like me.

This is the worst bonding company in Gwinnett County. Tanya has an attitude and no customer service at all. She needs to be replaced with someone that has better people skills. I would never step foot in there again she is absolutely disgusting

I have used another company in the past and this time I used James Bond. I will never use anyone else again but James Bond. They are so nice and professional. The other company made me wonder. James Bonds office is nice and I felt comfortable being there. Thanks again, hope I never need you!

Vinetta at the James Bond office on Buford Road near the Gwinnett County jail was fantastic. She was courteous, friendly, thorough, informative, and once I paid the bond, she went over to the jail within a couple of minutes to set it up with the jail so I could get my son out. He was out within 30 or 40 minutes of her taking the paperwork to the jail. The multiple questions the bond company asks are so that should a defendant skip bail, not show up for a court appearance, etc., they can find the guarantor (one who puts the money up) and the one who skips. If they cant get the person who skips back, then they will go after the guarantor. This is clear on their website. At any rate, I was very, very impressed with Vinetta. What a gem.

Well I WAS impressed! First experience. I was hesitent and had a lot of inexperience questions. Adam was helpful, professional, and understanding. He stayed on top of all our concerns during our wait for release and was downright all-around nice. Thank you Adam for making an unpleasant experience bearable.

Recently I had to bail a family member out of jail, he was very professional, friendly and understanding. He answered every question I had with concern and kindness. If you ever need a bail bondsman, hes your guy.

I called them to get a simple quote and she proceeded to ask me 10 million questions as If I was accepting the bond amount. She stated that they had to take all of this personal information just to give me a quote. Total waste of time.

I called on a Thrusday they quoted me a price then on Friday they quoted another price totally diffrent from the night before. They refused to even offer me the usual 10% and wanted the whole entire bond amount. This so called evening supervisor really disrespected me by throwing an insult at me about my employment. Shame on this company i have done business with this company several times but no more.

I was not impressed with this place at all. I went in with a friend to co-sign on a bond. The gentleman was not very friendly and turned us down. I dont understand his purpose behind it but we walked right out and went down the road to another bonding company. We had no issues at the next place.

Ok.. NEW review! And I will tell you now, if I was able to add another 5 STARS, well lets just say that I cannot recommend these people enough! After using these folks once a year or so ago, to get my friend out, I have probably been one of their most repeat clients! I swear!! It must seem like I only have criminals as friends! LOL! ~Shhh!! 🤫 and thats nobody elses business! 😆~ And every time I have called on them, they have gone above & beyond to work things out to help us! Whether it was to bond someone out, or making payments or even offering to take the papers up to a man for signing, in Hall County, bc he had his leg amputated & couldnt drive to get there! Other bonding companies want to put things off til morning.. but the Bond, James Bonding company doesnt! They will proceed to get about 60% or so of the information over the phone while youre on the way there (and sometimes, Ive even known them to have already called the jail & have your person waiting on YOU & THEM to go get them picked up👍🏻). Normally once you arrive, they usually finish up gathering your information. Rest assured though! If your friend or loved one needs to get out of jail, they will get bonded out! Theyll make sure that they have everything in line to do so when they arrive at the jail. Gotta say it! You guys are the best! Thanks to all of you who have helped me & do help me still, over the past year or two. Youll forever be my 1st call!
