The lady here was not very welcoming at all. Youd think we asked to be in a position where we would need a bail bondsman. But even though our loved ones get caught making a mistake doesnt give you the right to treat us like dirt. She wouldnt even help me because my sons bond was low and told me I would have to just go pay his bond in full at the jail. Well guess what the guys across the street helped me out and with an awesome attitude to I pray I never need a bondsman again but if I do I know to avoid this place. And if your looking for a bondsman check out Steve at AA professional bonding. Hes really great to deal with in a situation like this.

Being that it was my first time having to deal with a bondsman. Chris made the experience so much better. I was a nervous wreck and she made the situation so much better, she explained the process and was very knowledgeable about everything. Sharon Williams is a very understanding and sympathizing person. She walks you through the whole process of trying to get your loved one freed.The sheriffs department is rude, cold and uncaring. They treat you like anyone bonding out someone is a criminal.I was so thankful for the help I received at Anytime Bonding Company!

The lady working was extremely rude and asked for personal information in front of patrons. She told us to wait in the other room then proceeded to talk about how she is being tried and how she cant wait to go on vacation. She gave us paper work for my husband to fill out and I took it to fill out for him and she popped an attitude towards me, I gave the papers to my husband and said that it was silly so then she took the papers and told us to go somewhere else. I knew she was ride from the start with the initial phone call and regret ever going. Customer service is a massive ZERO!!!!

We were in a dire situation, tired, stressed, everything. Chris was so helpful and so friendly, I absolutely recommend bringing your business here. So friendly she helped us calm down first, then went out of her way to make sure she could help us.

Light skin Lady (Chris?) w the dreads was very dismissive and unpleasant. She never looked up my inmates information. She didn’t even take a second to look and see what the charge was. I asked her questions and she barley wanted to answer them. I took my money to another bonding agency and they looked up my inmates info as soon as I walked in. That’s the type of service I expect when entering a bonding agency. My inmate was out within 1 hr when i went to the other agency. Hopefully she adjusts her attitude as if it were her loved one. I will not be referring anyone to this place...

Do not go here they are very rude an make u wait for hrs to get inmate. also they never answer the phones. an very rude at u when they do pick the phone up would not recommend.
