These guys have been fantastic since the 1st time I sent my truck there. Fair prices and super knowledgeable. The 1st visit I sent them a dead truck I purchased at an auction- they could have said and charged anything but fixed it with a new battery. 2nd visit they did a mountain of work for a very reasonable fee. Its worth the 1hr drive to get these for me. 5 stars!!

We took my Husbands 2001 F150 to Atlanta Auto Diesel and had 2 coil packs replaced along with an oil change while we waited! Excellent Service Dept. and Nicole was very Friendly and Helpful. The Price was very reasonable. We will use Atlanta Auto Diesel for our future auto repairs as they are experts on servicing Ford!

I took my truck to Atlanta Auto Diesel for a general tune up and they were able to start work on it right away. Nicole, the woman at the front desk, was very thorough in explaining what all would be done and the prices for each. I got my truck back within two days and it runs like a champ. I would highly recommend them.

They are always professional. My bill was always exactly what they said it would be and if they found something else wrong they would always call first and see how I wanted to handle it but that only happened once. As anyone knows once you tear into an engine they could find other stuff that is wrong. I would recommend you give them a try and see for yourself. I will be taking my truck back herefor service and repairs.

I take my car to Atlanta Auto Diesel for routine oil changes. They have fast service, are always respectful, and very clear on their pricing. I would recommend them to everyone!

Word to the wise. If you get an estimate from this place, get it in writing. Took my car to have valve cover gasket replaced. I was given an estimate of $150, same as Id received from a couple of other places. Got a call back when repair was complete and was told the cost was $211. Apparently this was not an isolated incident. When I mentioned the discrepancy, the nice lady at the front desk who called me said that T.J., presumably the owner, isnt very good at estimates and that she ends up taking the heat for it. Cant speak yet to the quality of their work, since this is first time Ive been there. But based on their customer service, itll likely be the last time.

The worst place. I took my f350 truck to get a head job done he said he did it the have same problem two days later. I call. they act like I was the problem. Don’t go here they will they will rob you.

I stopped by to talk about some problems that I am having with my 05 250 6.0, and they were great, They were very open with me and took time to go out of there way and help explain what is happening with my transmission. They really know what they are talking about. I will be using them from now on.

This place is wonderful. We started using Atlanta Auto Diesel about 4 years ago when my husband needed work done on his diesel truck. He will not let anyone touch his truck except Atlanta Auto Diesel! Not only do we take his truck here, we take my 2011 Fusion. They have always been honest, friendly and quick. My parents as well as my Husbands parents use them for their vehicles too. I can not think of one bad experience ever. Just the other day I was in there for an oil change on my car and while I was waiting a lady from the softball complex next door called and asked if they had an air compressor she could borrow because she had a flat tire and just needed air to get home. They were having a tow dropped off and the tow driver drove next door to tow it over for her so she did not ruin a tire or rim, he did at no charge. Then instead of putting air in it they took 2 nails out and repaired the tire. FREE, did not charge her anything. I highly recommend them to everyone! Diesels or not!!!

I WARN ALL TO STAY AWAY! Complete nightmare all the way around! If it was possible to put negative stars I would. A miss diagnosis turned into months of hell! You will be treated as a problem not a valued customer. Engine ruined, over payed, no refund, and once called out on their actions no attempt to make right. You will be lied to, taken advantage of, and your vehicle will be worse than it was before. I expect a comment with a sorry excuse from AAD after I post this - just like our dispute with the Better Business Bureau.

They will damage your vehicle, overcharge you and do nothing to try and make it right. STAY FAR AWAY. Plus the girl thats in the office is rude, unprofessional and looks miserable. Shady!

I feel like theyre honest people who do their jobs well and know what theyre doing.Shop rates seem reasonable and they will get the work done quickly.Ive always supported small business, and Ill continue to support this one if the work they perform stays up to par.

Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service. Go here if you want to pay thousands of dollars for a misdiagnosed problem and end up having to buy another vehicle because the original is now destroyed.Do not trust these people!!!!!!!!

These guys and the office Manager Nicole are freaking awesome . Had people took al my 2002 7.3 excursion and the 38s on it with 10 inches of lift and scratch their heads how to keep power steering pump from blowing out..not these guys got it in entire new System from hydro boost to pump to pulley and hoses to steering box ..in and out in two days ..drive it with one Finger now..and prices..incredible value. Even did full inspection front to back and listed upcoming Maintenance and repairs and order of priority ..this is THE place to take your diesel Shane

When we need fast service on our document shredding trucks, these guys get it done fast and they do it right. I would recommend them to anyone with any automotive mechanical issue. This place is where trust and professionalism meets mechanics...highly recommend..

Despite the negative reputation from some of the other shops in the area, I used this shop. Without getting into much detail, I left that shop still needing the services of a competent mechanic. They obviously have some vehicles they are familiar with so if you dont have a Powerstroke Diesel vehicle, I would advise you to find another shop.

I had a 2011 Chevy 2500 tuned, and the work exceeded my expectations. I was wary of messing with my truck, but the care and results have me regretting not getting this done sooner. These guys took great care of me, and Ill be back to have them do additional mods to my truck.

Would not recommend.

Had a 96 cobra with 29k original miles. T.J. Reynolds was the ONLY person I trusted with her the 3 years I owned her. He put a Ford racing clutch with flywheel in at 21k miles at 28k miles replaced valve seals and shes ran great every sense. They dont only do diesels!!!!

Giving 5 stars here for the folks at AAD. I was referred here by a friend and I was checking around for a shop to provide so.e TLC for my 04 2500 turbo diesel. A couple of the competition didnt even answer the phone as INSANE as that seems, they nonchalantly said they couldnt touch my truck for 3 weeks when they called back.So why even call? Well Im glad I was referred to AAD and they got me in and out within 4 days. Trucks running better again and I will be a repeat customer!Thanks AAD!

*Revised Review*I brought my car here only out of necessity. I was driving and it was overeating. Radiator fluid was low so filled it up & kept going shortly after it was overeating again but fluid still full. So i pulled over just to be safe & looked up close auto repairs.Now when they test drove it they said we couldnt get it to over heat but they did manage to break the clutch saying they couldnt get it into 3rd gear and had to tow it back to the shop. Now when I drove it there I went through all five gears up shifting and downshifting while driving, no problems at all they drive it, & the clutch goes out magically while they are attempting to overheat the engine. My question is how hard were they driving, how hard were they shifting.. Maybe it was just unfortunate circumstances and bad timing maybe a coincidence, maybe not. However they broke it they should pay for it.. but no. I got no offer for a discount any consideration for anything they were just.. heres a bill for $2000 plus to fix your clutch thank you... I also had them replace a couple struts and minor things on their recommendations..But I didnt come in there for a clutch I came in there for an overheating problem, my clutch was fine as far as I know when I dropped it off. And they never fixed the overheating problem! Because on the ride home when I got about an hour away it slowly started to over heat.. So not only did this place NOT fix the problem I brought it to them they created a new problem & made me pay for it.*Trying to get a receipt* {She=Secretary}So I was trying to get a copy of my receipt from them for TWO days unsuccessfully. First they said they emailed it..DIDNT happen..Called multiple times to get them on the phone they say they did email it but will email it again right away. They DIDNT. Today i called multiple times to get them on the phone and the secretary said that they left early Friday... so is that your excuse for not doing what you said you would?Now the receptionist says the scanner isnt working so they cant scan it and email it. And she is having trouble with outlook and doesnt know how to email it so she verified my number and said she will call me right back.. you guessed it, it never happened. No call no receipt just more excuses. So I try again the next day after numerous calls she finally answers and says all they can do is mail it so i give her my address and wait... and NOTHINGSo now its the 29th I waited about a week maybe a bit more but i decide to call again and see if they can fax it. I call, and I call, and I call, and I call, and no answer then right after I call from my phone I try a different number and what do you know she answers on the first try! yeah all I got is one big middle finger for this company..secretary.. but I dont say anything i just ask if they can fax an invoice she says sure and takes down the fax number and an additional Attn: blah blah blah number for where its going. And she says she will fax it. The next day I call where she faxed it to make sure but no answer, so i leave a message and they call me back close to 5pm. They say they never received a fax yesterday or any today. So now i try calling this place again granted its close to 5pm so after many calls no answer I just let it slide like maybe they arent there.. maybe..Today the 31st I decide to just drive up there to get my invoice. So i can send it. Yet when I get there there is no receptionist no one around until a young man comes out from the back I ask about getting a receipt he looks confused and say he will try. A for effort i guess. But he can not because its not his job & he cant go through her computer. He calls her and she says she will be back soon & Ill just have to wait. so I do. When she walks in she walks right past me not saying a word puts her drink down and goes in the back grabs it & brings it out to me. No sorry for the wait nothing..She says she faxed it on the 29th & on the 30th.. wait why on the 30th? unless you were ignoring those calls..maybe.. End of review max character limit..|

Charged me $133 for a oil filter thats $19.99 at advanced auto lye to me and told me I needed to replace the down pipe on my turbo told me $500 then had the front desk lady tell me $600 and all it was was the turbo clamp was loose and stole my tools out my truck dont come here theyre crooks
