Their client at fault. Cant get them to call me back. Hearing from multiple sources this is a nightmare company to get anything done. So far, looks like they are correct.

I called them a few weeks ago for a quote, which was higher than what I found. Since then they have called me two times a day everyday. Very disrespectful. They leave a message each time. Worse than the worse debt collector mainly because if I wanted to do business with them I would call them back. Ive really never seen anything like it.

The memorial day weekend got me!!! I had forgotten to pay so my policy cancelled, I went out the next day to pay it Grayson Hwy. and they told me they couldnt help me!!!! I went through alot getting to the office to pay to get all the way there and they couldnt restart my policy!!! No reason just we cant help you!!! I wasted time and gas!!! Beyond pissed!! Why are you even open!
