Completely unprofessional. Tanaz, or whatever his name is, didn’t want to help me lower my car insurance and instead insisted I had a decent rate, comparable to the average for my driving history. When I inquired about ways to save he did not want to help. He just wanted to insist I had the best price, didn’t want to lookup anything to provide evidence of this, and questioned who I was talking to to make me think this way. To make it worse, he even went as far as to say I had a great deal and “wished me luck” elsewhere.30 minutes. It took me 30 minutes to attain 3 quotes from notable auto insurance companies to prove I could be saving elsewhere.I literally save $800 by looking myself and talking to some honest people about my situation and what coverage I needed.I would never recommend this company to anyone, and especially not Tanaz. Spoke over me, didn’t care to help me, and overall completely unprofessional.
