I would give her 0 stars. She is the rudest person I have ever met. She is never in and she feels like she has the right to tell you what she thinks if she thinks you have not been a customer more than a year you are not entitle to claim anything. I would not recommend this agent for nothing. Thank god you have the choice to change agents which from the begining I never picked her.

Very unprofessional, unreliable, and never reachable. Have been with this agent for more than 2 years, dont know why, and am at the risk of getting my policy cancelled. The agent is never in the office. Everytime I call in, because I need to update my payment info, she is the only one who can make those changes, but she is never in. Very unsatisfied with this agent.
