I transfer from one state to another and Allstate was ery good to me. They were friendly answer all my question . I didnt have to do anything but sign my name .

Very dreadful experience after I terminated my auto insurance and renters insurance with the agency. Agent would not respond to critical calls nor e-mails. Agent did not do what she promised to do. Taking agent to court for billing me after I requested cancellation of insurance. I would not award any star if possible because this agency has made Allstate a detestable company to me.
