Ive been using Allstate for a while now and they have never let me down. Theyre so great that I actually recommend them to my whole family and even friends. I feel like they have great coverage and their prices are better than the competitors. Their customer service is phenomenal. I remember having problems and giving them a call to ask them about it. Their workers are really friendly and polite. I got my answer and they even provided me with extra information that I didnt need. Overall, I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and I will continue to use them.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The Representatives are RUDE, NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL. Not only are they unprofessional. Yesenia was RUDE and hung up in my face. That was before I called the office SEVERAL times and she wouldnt answer the phone. I called from a different number and she picked immediately. She called me to tell me that they are dropping my home owners insurance. I asked for her to send me the letter. She refused... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE LET ALONE ALLSTATE!!! RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
In December, we added cars and drivers giving them more buisness. In the process, they canceled the policy on my car. When I noticed, I talked to David and he said not to worry, well back date every thing and you should be fine. I thought everything was fine. When the renewal came, the premiums went significantly higher and I had to switched insurance companies. After I switched, I received a notice in the mail from the state. They told me to pay this fee b/c I had a lapse in coverage. So called the agency to fix it because they made the mistake. Eventually, they fixed it and I didnt have to pay the fee. But what they failed to mention is they were charging me to fix it. Even more than the state fee. I called to have this fixed and never heard back and now they have sent me to collection.
Should have much better discounts available for seniors over age.

I am very new to Allstate. I purchased a home on 2/25/15 so of course to maximize my discounts i bundled my auto with my home owners policy. My agent was David Gonzelez and he works out of the Lawrenceville Georgia office with Erica Carrasquero. A few weeks after we closed, I received a call from David, advising me that per their inspector, the house looked fine and there was only one concern. there were 2 shingles that needed to be replaced on our roof. David sent me a picture that he had from the inspector and reiterated that this was the only concern and that everything else was fine. on 4/20 I spoke with David called me, and I advised him that the repair had been taken care of. He stated that he would order another inpection so that they could verify that the 2 shingles had been replaced. On 4/24 I recieved a letter and a check stating that my policy was going to be cancelled effective May 7. I immediately called their office. I left a message for David, and I sent 2 emails to David and to Erica. By Monday 4/26, I had no response from a call back or email, so I called the office and spoke to a young lady who was basically a go between with myself and David, because I was not transferred to him, however, she did place me on hold to ask him several questions. She advised me that he had ordered another inspection and that they were waiting for that, and that David would contact me. This morning 4/29, I recieved a call from Erica Carrasquero, who advised me that they have been told by the inspector that my shingles on the ends are lifted and we need to replace our roof entirely. This is very upsetting. I am a consumer. I have to trust what I am told from the insurance agent. So she advised me that we can either (a) replace the whole roof. (b) remove the roof endorsement from my policy, or (c) find me another insurance company.I am very upset behind this ENTIRE issue. I could not seem to get her to understand my frustration with the fact that one contractor said replace 2 shingles, and then now we have a different contractor, his opinion is that we need a whole new roof. This is obviously a matter of either opinion or perception, as I stated to Erica, and she proceeded to tell me that it is not a matter of opinion. I dont know what else to call it. Because if we have a 3rd inspection, then this person may not like the material that was used to replace the roof, and he may say something completely different from the first 2. If we needed our roof replaced, then that should have been stated by the first contractor. He is employed by Allstate. I didnt have this done on my own. We have not had anyone else to mention that our roof has problems. More than anything, I could not believe that the AGENT, was sitting on the phone with me talking to me as if I was an idiot, and that I should just take what she is saying to me and let that be that, because these are my options. This was the WORST customer service I have EVER received, and for her to be an AGENT? This was very disheartening. I have never endured such a Superiority complex in my life. The sound of your own voice is more imprtant to you than the possibilty of losing a customer. I did not get my policies by DEFAULT, nor did anyone do me a FAVOR, I went through ALLSTATES process. I cannot believe that this happened and I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE. No one should have to go through what we are going through. Not such good hands to be in huh???
