Karl Boling and Laura Myers are great people who can relate to all of us and have been great to me since I switched over from a competitor. They constantly send me updates with how I am doing, offers to make my premium better. But what I enjoyed most is how great their customer service is, they go over every detail and just the follow up is amazing. I would recommend calling or visiting Karl Boling: Allstate Insurance because they care. They are not out there to make a ton of money, they are actually kind people who have several to offer.

Karl and his staff have serviced our policies for years. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I messaged AllState to let them know that I would no longer need their services after June 19th because I was moving. They called and left a message to see if I’d be interested in moving my services to my newer location. They ASSUMED that since I did not call them back, that it was OKAY to continue to bill me for renters insurance at a location that I was no longer a resident of. I just recently looked at my bank statement which showed that I was billed for JULY and August, even though (as previously mentioned) I am not staying there. I have contacted customer service and HOPEFULLY I will be refunded the money that was taken out for both months.

The office staff is awesome. They are quick to assist you and get your claim settlement finalized. I would highly recommend them.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Jenny and Cathy at the agency. I look forward to working with them for years to come!
