My company is still waiting to be compensated for loss of wages, medical bills, and tow charge due to Insurance Hub negligence . We paid the down payment of 11k for coverage only to find out in March our equipment was not covered as well as a lapse in coverage when our driver was pulled over and giving a citation for no insurance. At that time my truck and trailer was towed. This issue is over 90 days and we still have no resolution .

Ramen Louka is the best. From day one Ramen was polite, professional, he has patience and he was friendly. I was so confused at first but Ramen took the time to educate me and solved my problem.Ramen answered the phone no matter what time it was or even if I had thousand questions after 5pm he was available. Robyn Roberts was extremely helpful walking me through the steps of swapping agents. She was thorough with the pricing a broke everything down via email so it would be easy for me to see and make a decision.Im not too thrilled about how long it takes for a certificate of insurance with certificate holder request takes. It takes 24 hours and sometimes longer by this time the load is given to someone else. Lisa Lamb, however, did explain that you can request a rush on it but from my experience its not too much faster. The good part about it, Lisa Lamb did reach out to go ahead and process my request.Both ladies, Robyn Robert and lisa lamb, was nice and pleasant to work with and did their best to make sure I was satisfied.The 4 stars are for the system. The ladies definitely deserve and earned 5-Stars!
