Terrible agency, office manager likes to make peoples lives miserable. After they forced me to replace the roof on my newly purchased home they threatened to terminate my policy over paint peeling on a window sill and SIX carpenter bee holes on the trim of my brick home. I emailed Anthony Dietrich a complaint regarding his office manager who was rude from the very first phone call when i asked her to speak to me in english not spanish, and the response? They terminate my policy with no notice AFTER i replaced a roof, AFTER i had all the trim repainted to meet their demands.

Do not trust this people, they are a complete scammers . They just want your money, They where sending me letters that I never paid them when I paid Adriana in full, I asked them what happened they never wanted to talk to me, I email them never answered me .. Then I send an email to Dietrich, he told De Jesus to call me, talk to him and I told him on 2/4/19 that I was upset because I did not get the right customer service and that I wanted to cancel the insurance with them, He said that it was fine and he never did ... And until todays date Im filing complaint with the insurance department .. Adriana, Dietrich, De Jesus and the whole staff are bad!!!!! Do not go with these insurance company They are a COMPLETE Scammers😤😤😤😤😤😤
