This office is awesome! Tabitha has been nothing short of amazing. Insurance can be confusing, I’ve never felt like I really understood what exactly I was getting and what was covered till now She literally broke down all of the coverages that not only they offer... but actually went over other quotes I was looking at from another insurance company and helped me make the best decision for me and my family. I am HIGHLY satisfied with the service that I was provided from this agency.In the past, I had a policy with State Farm, and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to switch agencies. During this transition, I experienced some of the worst customer service in my life - truly a headache just to remember.Up until a few weeks ago, I had already decided that I would never return to this agency for 2 reasons; cost and customer service. I would get calls from the company asking me to return and trying to offer me a lower quote, however none of this truly satisfied me until I spoke with Diana V. Diana showed me that good workers can still be found anywhere - she reached out to me on a few occasions, but not too frequent to have bothered me. Every time that she reached out, I was annoyed that State Farm was calling me again - that was, up until the day that I took the time to speak with Diana over the phone. She had mentioned that she sent me a quote and wanted to discuss my options.After a brief conversation with her, she was able to match my current policy from another agency and also reduce my overall expense by OVER 50%!!While the cost was certainly an eye candy, I was still unsure if I should return, based on prior experiences.What truly became by deciding factor, for me, was the level of professionalism and persistence shown by Diana. She made me feel comfortable in my decision, and if I ever had a question about my coverage or procedure to obtain the policy, Diana was there to answer everything in a courteous manner.A HUGE shout out to Diana for assisting me through this lifestyle change and restoring my faith in this company. I’ve been dealing with this State Farm office since I moved to the area in August. Even on the phone everyone is super friendly. In person, they go above and beyond to make annoying tasks like switching over insurance and filing claims easy and painless. I’m so glad this is my neighborhood State Farm.
