Brought my wife’s car in after it was rear ended, CC turned what could’ve been a 6 month repair to 1 month. They helped me deal with an insurance company that didn’t care, kept me informed of the repair process, and even delivered my car to my house afterwards (I live close to the shop). Love the ladies up front. 10/10.

Great Service. Had a small issue and had to make a quick return which was handled with a sense or urgency. I would recommend this team on HWy 29 too everyone. The Manager was very accommodating to all my questions and I was kept updated on my repair process.

The repair looks amazing, my car looks good as new. I am so happy with the way it looks and they even did a little extra painting for me in places my paint had chipped over time. As for the service: spectacular. They were great about sending me text updates whenever they were doing something to my car or they were expecting any possible delays for it to be ready. The ladies that work there are wonderful and are great about answering the phone and just helping through the whole process. I recommend this place 100% to anyone that needs car repairs after an accident.

I chose to take my vehicle Caliber Collision for body work bc I heard good things from previous customers. I walked in and was immediately greeted warmly by the receptionist. She was able to quickly get me with a estimator. Patrick did such a great job and he was professional and thorough. He was able to answer all my questions I had. I will definitely be taking my vehicle to Caliber for my repairs.

I took my car in and had it fixed within two weeks and I was never in the dark about the progress they we’re making. I would highly recommend them for any auto body work!

I give 2 stars because they took 3 weeks to fix a damage side of my car which it was suppose to take 2 weeks, and then they failed to have it ready the day they told me to pick it up!!! I’m a disappointed customer

I would like to start off saying Patrick St Claire you are the BOMB!!!!I was walking to my car after work yesterday and noticed one of my fog lamps were missing! I went home and tried to locate it but no luck. Needless to say I was upset and now my beautiful Impala has one eye! On my way to work I saw Caliber Collision I pulled in explained the situation to the very friendly receptionist Patrick was at his desk and offered to take a look at it. We went outside to see if he could locate the light. After a couple of attempts to get the cover off he asked If I had a few minutes so he could get a technician to pop it off. As I was waiting inside I just knew he was going to tell me my light was gone. Patrick came through the door with the cover and light in his hand!!! He explained to me what had probably happened to make the light become detached. He asked me if I wanted him to put it back in I said YES!!!!the best part of this is Patrick did not even charge me for this service!!!I was so happy. To me that was customer service at its FINEST!!!Thank you so much Patrick you are AWESOME!!!!To the ladies in the office make sure your home before the street lights come on!!!! LOL!

They took my car early on a Friday they drove me to rental place, John keep me informed every step, fix my car ahead of schedule, drop the rental in their shop and got my spotless car back very professional staff they have here.

Outrageous prices for quotes dont go tbere

Do not go to this place!! I took my car there after it was hit by a deer. I took it there to get the dents fixed. They kept my car for almost 2 weeks, and although they fixed the dent, now my front door does not want to open. My tire pressure lights wont go off and my automatic lock no longer works. They refuse to fix the new issues that they have caused. They are fraud and I truly believe they are scamming people and insurance companies out of money. There are several other auto body repair shops in the area. Go to one of those, I sure wish I would have.

It was terrible. They threw away my decals an didnt repair exhaust today will be my 3rd time returning. Had overspray on wheels an car. So Im eager to see what happens today. But at the end of the day. I will not nor will I refer anyone to such chaos

Ended up being more expensive than the original estimate and took about a week longer than they originally said. Also, when it was returned to me, a headlight was broken so they had to order another part. They never called me to update me on the status of my vehicle. Still waiting on the part, still waiting on a call.

If youre a tow truck operator be prepared for poor attitude and no professionalism. I dont know the ladys name in the front office but she needs to be terminated. This type of work is pretty simple. And when someones showing respect and being polite another shouldnt be treated so rudely. Her name is possibly Kathy or Tara.
