Service is unbelievable TERRIBLE!!!We made an appointment to get our windshield replaced, somehow the appointment was cancelled with no call or notification. A second appointment was then made and now the same thing! No message about the cancellation and they claim that they tried to call to reschedule - I have no missed calls or message about this. The dispatcher said that there were no notes in the system for why it was cancelled. If you are so busy that you cannot keep your appointments, please don’t commit them to your customers.

Gerber Collision is THE place to go if you want your car looking even better than it did before. They did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased with the end result! I dont know if they gave me back a new bumper or a mirror, haha. Use them if you can! You wont be disappointed. Big thank you to Mark and the whole team!

Ill never allow this shop to touch anything I own again. Returned my truck to me with steering wheel way off center then said the steering wheel was like that when dropped at their shop even though I have the tow trucker driver who will write a statement that nothing was wrong with the steering wheel when he drove my truck onto the wrecker to deliver it to this shop.Your receptionist is rude and short with cudtomers.

The young lady at the front desk with the tattos has horrible customer service. She wasnt welcoming and didnt seem concerned at all. It felt as if she didnt want to be at work.

Tiffany seemed bothered by every question I had. Maybe she was having a bad day. I was too after my wreck.

They were excellent to work with and took care of everything that I asked.

Too notch customer service and communication. They are very professional and keep you informed every step of the way. My car was ready a full day ahead of schedule.I was able to leave my rental car on site and when I picked up my car, there was a cute goodie bag waiting for me in the driver’s seat. It was a nice touch.

This is one of the best places you can go, Carlos had me amazed after what he did for me, look like a freaking new car, he even keep every three days keeping me updated, hell keep up with you how ever way you wanted, great customer service. Thanx Carlos

USAA sent my car there to be repaired. When I got the car back, my tire iron was left on the front seat. My trunk had been rifled through (I assume trying to find the tire iron) and nothing was put back in place and the battery cable wasnt properly connected to battery. Very poor service.

Well my insurance company send my car to this shop !! I had a great experience my car was serviced very quickly and the staff guide through the process without any problem i had my car in literally less than a week !!! Like new thank to Teresa dont remember the last name but super nice and reliable!!!
