Very nice people. Been through so much since September 13, 2018 Columbia Gas overpressurization. Columbia didnt help them out. Ended up getting all new machines. The owners have always made customers top priority. Please check them out.

I haven’t done laundry in Lawrence for almost 5 years. I was born here and absolutely despise doing any business here. I was running super late and was on my way to Methuen when I see Thai laundromat, right around the corner from my residence, and I looked in and there was one couple doing their laundry. I decided to go in, number 1, it was super clean! I asked the lady who appeared to be the owner about her machines and she politely explained which washers took what amount of time. The price was SUPER fair. And my clothes and linens were all washed in less than 30 minutes! (SCORE!) A couple of the dryers didn’t heat up but she swiftly had me move my clothes and added more quarters than what I had initially deposited. I told her she added too much, and both times she said it was ok. You can tell a lot about someone by the way the fix a mistake. She was a very humble owner. It was a little hot but I would absolutely rather be hot than spending my money somewhere where the business doesn’t care about the customer. I will totally return as much as I can before I relocate. I definitely will be doing my last load of laundry there. THANK YOU WHITE SWAN LAUNDRY FOR BEING SO AMAZING

Clean and hospitable

I actually drive past another laundromat to come here because I like it so much. I can get all of my laundry done with the industrial sized washer and dryer for less than 10 dollars. Whenever I use the soap machine, the woman who works there helps me get it unstuck. The staff is great and I have always enjoyed doing my laundry here. Its worth it to come here every time.

Did my laundry here on Columbus Day and it was great. Was clean and peaceful. One of the employees helped me out and lent me a rag to clean my laundry basket that I spilled detergent in. Machines worked well. If I had to pick a drawback, its that the parking is an unusual one-way, narrow lot.

Totally disagree with MRY4ever. He probably have some hidden agenda. People who run here are nice and honest. I go there all the time and never had any issues with the machines.
