Comfortable place to wash clothes, multiple machines and free dryers if you wash there.Attendance are helpful

Worst experience ever. Came in after a long day of work at 8pm my mother’s duty do not finish so I decided to go do some laundry. Went to this laundry mat at 9:45pm as all the other along my way were closed and saw a sign on the door “FROM NOW LAST WASH IS AT 11pm” I got excited “yay I can take my time”, nope I was wrong as I was putting in my detergent the employee came to my daughter and told her in Spanish “ you guys have to hurry you ain’t going to have time to dry your clothes or fold them at that” I informed her what the signs say and she responded in Spanish once again”nope that’s something that the new owner just put up my schedule says I work till 11pm and I don’t get paid after that so everyone has to be done with their laundry” so she began to rush me by putting my clothes in baskets and putting them in the dryers. I didn’t mind the help. But as 11 came closer she told me to hustle and that I can’t fold my laundry so she rushed me to dry my clothes then put my clothes in my baskets still moist. I wish I could get a hold of the owners....

Im going to City Hall and reporting that a Spanish speaking employee was kicking me out at 9:45 pm from there. By law theyre supposed to stay open until 11pm. When I called her on that she told me shes closing early because there is no one there. There was a lady with a child in the laundromat still. Thats so grimy.

I have been washing in this place for almost 6 years last week I left my wallet thrown in this place I know that it is my lack of care but then I told them if they could help me to show me the cameras and see who lifted my wallet and them They told me that the cameras have to pay 200 dollars to see the time I lost my wallet and they were only going to do it when they had time and that they were going to call me at the end they never did anything the truth was a very bad experience with that they made no effort to help me what happened to me can happen to anyone imagine that happened to you and do nothing to help them
