I went in thinking that switching phones was going to be a tedious process based on every other encounter at a Verizon store, but was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and knowledge shown by Greg throughout the process. He took the time to make sure all of the data was transferred from the old phone to the new phone, and that the phone was entirely protected before I left. It showed me that he cares about his customers; something that I had never experienced at any other Verizon store. I will definitely be back for future needs!

Went in to upgrade my old phone. The new phone, with a promotion, was going to be $300. The store said it would be $250 for a charger and setup fee just to get the phone out of the store, then the $325 for the phone would be added to my bill as required for the promotion. So they wanted me to pay $575 for a $325 phone. I dont think so! I have never had to pay a setup fee for a phone. And when did they start selling chargers separately?
We apprehensively went in expecting to be upsold as we were looking to upgrade our 7 year old phones. Greg patiently reviewed our account and found reasonably priced phones that met our needs. Additionally, he spent 2 hours making certain our data was transferred from the old phones to the new phones and assuring we were comfortable with the new phones. Outstanding customer service...simply outstanding!! A rarity anymore!!!
I loved my experience at this Verizon store. Devyn was friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions. It’s the first time I’ve left a Verizon store understanding how much I was paying for the phone, how my monthly bill will be impacted, and how much the accessories cost. Usually, it’s a muddle of too much information in a rushed atmosphere. This was quick, but understandable and helpful. I will definitely go back next time I’m shopping for a new phone!

I was having a horrible time with the broken phone I had at the time. I was severely frustrated with the insurance provider. Came in and spoke with Devyn about what I wanted in a phone and how much I was willing to spend. Devyn was more than knowledgeable about the device I ended up purchasing and was very helpful in getting the new phone activated and all of my data transfered over. I think I ended up spending less than an hour in the store altogether. Definitely the most pleasant phone buying experience Ive had in my life. This location will now be my go to.

We had a very rare situation with our phones and Max was not only professional but very very patient with Us for almost 5 hours while making a lot of changes to our account!! I won’t ever step foot in the other store here in Lawrence ever again!! Thank you Max you are awesome!!

Learn from my bad experience and go to the Verizon store on Iowa! All we wanted to do was add 2 new lines and get new phones. Max was the name of the rep that helped us. He didn’t seem to know what was going on and kept leaving us to go to the back for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. After maybe 30 to 45 minutes we got nowhere and left!
I had never been treated that bad by Verizon. I visited on Sunday at 2:30pm. The guy at the store was helping an older couple to set up a phone.He turned to me with a bad attitude screaming that he was alone and the store and he cannot do two things at the same time.He then said “Just go to the other Verizon store because I am busy!”Really? Is this how customers should be treated?It is not my fault that they lack staff on Sunday, and that employee is in NO right to yell at me.I will not recommend this store to anyone
Couldnt ask for better costumer service.... I had the privilege of interacting with Max, Ty and Greg and can confidently say, they will do just about anything, in the power, to make things work out for their customers. If it werent for Greg, I may have chosen to take my familys business to a different mobile provider.

Thought we would try new store out. Arrived an hour before close and was told by Greg we couldnt be helped out because they didnt have enough time. No problem will upgrade our phones and get our new iPad at the other store.

This store is just a retailer. Went there to have my phone checked to see if I needed a new battery. The man working in there so they dont do that go across the street to the battery store maybe they could help. I showed him a new phone that I might be interested that I found online that should be offered by Verizon. he told me that they dont fool with phones that low in price they only fool with the higher priced phones and they only have a certain selection. Apparently if youre not buying $1,000 or above phone this man is not interested in talking to anyone he speaks down to and is rude if all the workers here act like this the store wont be in business for very long hopefully. If you want some customer service dont go here.

No one should ever visit this store. It is a privately owned store. They are not part of the corporate office. When he swindled my daughter out of $149.00 because he doesnt know the Assurian Insurance information, he refused to give the money back and then hung up on me twice. It is best to drive to the other side of town to Iowa street and then speak to them. If I could give negative stars I would. But that is not an option.

First of all not a Verizon store they are authorized retailer. Second I was charged $30 set up fee and $30 water protection fee without them telling me! Go to real Verizon store or online and save yourself the extra fees and hassle.
