Today I had some issues with my vehicle and Toni and his team were wicked helpful in getting me right back on the road. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Very honest and seemed to just really want to help.
Bought my very first car here back in April 18th of 2019. I wanted a good, reliable car, with a quiet cabin, for a luxury and comfort feeling but did not have much to spend. I spent days doing research and found this 2002 Lexus ES300 with 104K miles. According to my research, this car was just getting broken in.I went out to go see the car. It had some cosmetic damages, scratches, cracked rear bumper, fading paint from the sun on the passenger rear door. But the inside looked very clean and perfect. It runs great as well and still does. I asked Valdas if it had the biggest repairs this car needs at 90k miles which was the timing belt and water pump and he had done the work himself. So I knew this would last me until around 180k miles, until another major repair was needed. He also informed me the previous owner was an older lady, and that most likely it was well maintained and serviced by the dealer.I put down a deposit on Wednesday, came back with the cash and insurance on Thursday, got the car registered that same day at the DMV down the road. This dealer is at a great location. Quick and easy process and fairly priced car. Im still in love with it every time I drive it and I am so thankful to Valdas and his advice! Now sitting at 115k miles, with a few regular oil changes and checkups, this car has not failed me once. Getting ready for some preventative maintenance at 120k miles. I plan to keep this car for as long as I can. I also plan to keep an eye out for any other cars at this location for when my youngest brother needs a car. I highly recommend this place as a business and for Valdass advice and recommendations!
Great service there always very friendly
Great place to go shop for a reliable car. Val is very helpful. I bought my truck there and it is up and running.
Vehicle could have been cleaner.
I didnt end up buying the car yet, but I would recommend this dealer as honest and transparent as well as knowledgable. Valdas was very flexible and accommodating in letting us check out the vehicle, with no pressure to buy. Great experience, and hope to buy from them soon!
Changed completely front and rear suspension on my Sienna 2013. Despite the complexity of this task they completed the job within one day. Everything is functioning perfectly, I can’t find a single thing to complain. Good communication, highly recommend these guys.
The transaction was smooth, everything went so well and i just got the car of my dreams. All the people here will take care of you . excellent business. definitely shop here if you want to buy a new car for a reasonable price !!
I was financinf my first car and had a great, helpful, easy experience. Valdas was very helpful and made the process as easy as possible, and was very patient. He even recommended a company where I could find much better rates and save more money. After struggling with multiple other dealerships to find a car I liked with reasonable payments, this place was great. overall, I had a great car shopping experience and would absolutely go there again!
Went to United Motors Group after my car unexpectedly broke down on rt. 28 in Lawrence. Val was really, really wonderful to deal with from the first interaction to the last. He diagnosed my cars problem right away and squeezed me in the same afternoon as I dropped the car off. When he couldnt get a part that afternoon on short notice, he patched me up and had me come back the next day. He communicated the whole time, was totally affordable and most importantly: correctly diagnosed my cars problem and fixed it. HIGHLY Recommend.
I bought a Mercedes CLS550 from United Motors Group I’m very happy with service and my car . Their cars are super clean now all my neighbors love me more when I pul in a my parking lot . There are many more cars that I liked and I’ll be sending all my friends over there . They treat customers like friends and now I’m their friend . I got the best price and I did my research for months . A++++
Good selection of clean cars, great service and very reasonable prices on used cars !!! I left happy and you will too !!! They are easy to deal with . Recommended
Good vehicle buying experience ! Good car, quick service. Straight shorter. I will buy another car from them soon !!!🙂
Great purchase experience. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The car was a good deal for the money and they know their cars.I am a single woman who hates car shopping. I found a car on craigslist with a very complete description and photos. I called ahead to see and test drive the car which was everything that was advertised. I kept shopping around for a couple days. In comparison, the vehicle at United Motors Group was by far the best deal for the money and the car drove great. I called to say I was coming to purchase it and Valdas stayed late to meet with me. Due to traffic, I didnt arrive until 5:30 (past his closing time). When I finally arrived, I had yet to return a rental car by 6pm. Valdas kindly followed me to drop off the rental and drove me back to complete the purchase. He was very thorough with the paperwork, telling me all that I would need to do to register it myself and save $275 from doing it through him. After the deal was done, I stopped to fill up the tank at the gas station next door. When he saw me over there, he came over to check and make sure everything was okay! I would say that you couldnt do better if youre looking for a used vehicle.
Dont walk away from this care dealer, RUN!!!!! Complete scam. I traveled over 130 miles 1-way after speaking with Val on the telephone about what was billed to be a 1997 Dodge 1500 pickup LOW MILEAGE !!! CLEAN CARFAX CERTIFIED !!! SLT 4WD LONG BED ALL POWER OPTIONS !!! VERY CLEAN !!! LOW MILEAGE !!! JUST SERVICED WITH BRAND NEW FRONT END SUSPENSION !!! GOOD SET OF TIRES !!! When I spoke with Val on the telephone he told me that it had very little rust and was in great shape. After trucking my family all the way from CT to Lawrence, MA the vehicle WAS NOT as advertised. First, the truck had been recently painted (over spray on the molding was a dead giveaway) and it appeared as though they painted right over the rust. Val conceded that he had neglected to tell me this. The bottom of the drivers door felt like tin foil. There was a hole in the floor beneath the drivers seat. The frame appeared to have been hastily spray painted but not well enough to hide the fact that it had the consistency of Swiss cheese. Complete piece of junk. I pity anyone who trusts this car dealer at his word.
I purchased a 2003 Toyota Tundra from Valdas in January of 2016. Valdashelped me with all the paper work -insurance-title-registry. It had been16 years since I had purchased a vehicle. My 1997 4Runner w 283k onit was taken in trade. Within 2 weeks of the purchase I drove to New Yorkover 200 miles. I noticed some noise but thought it was the new off roadtires. I parked the truck. I was in NY for over 2 mos and only used thetruck about 6 times for very short trips. Driving back from NY the noiseseemed more apparent and I began to think it was not the tires. When Igot back it was discovered that the rear end was dry--no oil-but no evidence of a leak. The leaks became apparent when the oil was added. The cover housing and the forward seals were leaking. The differentialwas toast. I went back to Valdas it was way past warranty time. He saidthat he would try to help me. He gave me leads on reliable salvage yard. And loaned me an 05 Tundra to replace the 03, for about 2 weeks he keptme in business and he had it delivered. I purchased a carrier (differential assembly) w 84k on it 5yr warrenty. ( 03 has 154k) the leak inthe rear plate was fixed --toothpick size hole--and I have a 2003 Tundrathat runs like its new. Thanks Valdas you backed me up when I really needed some help. John Ashworth--Ipswich MA
I live on the South Shore and was looking for a Tundra. United Motors had 2 trucks that I was interested in. I called and setup a time for a drive. Right from the first meeting, Valdas was easy going and friendly. Valdas said take it for as long as you want, didnt need 10 copies of my identification. I come back after a 1/2hr drive and he simply asks what I think. I thought that was refreshing. No pressure.I took my time and came back to the office. Valdas and I discussed the price and condition of the vehicle. We came to an agreement. I really appreciated his honesty about the truck. It was a 09 Tundra with some scratches and few minor dents - we both agreed. I mentioned the brakes felt a bit soft and he said no problem, I will put on new pads - front and back.I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. It was a solid truck with some minor issues but I knew that too, lot of miles but I felt like I was getting a fair deal. Val wanted me to drive it lots so it was my choice, let the vehicle sell itself, not Valdas trying to talk me in to a something I wasnt comfortable with. I didnt get the typical...What are you looking to spend or how much per month...all classic sales lines. I really appreciated the non threatening/not aggressive sales job.I walked out feeling satisfied...a great deal on a truck!Four days later, he sent a driver to meet me half way to pick me up so I didnt have to find a drive from South Shore to Lawrence. Very generous and accommodating of him.All correspondence was prompt, even returned texts early and night.Note: After the weekend of driving there was a issue with the engine. I was a bit concerned. I sent my concerns to Valdas and he said call me. I call him on Monday and he said he would buy me an extended warranty to cover it for 1 year. I felt Valdas really cared for me and ultimately his business...not just trying to get me out the door with a sale. That warranty offer was outstanding as a business and a person. I just feel like he cares. Cant say that about many car sales.Extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
I found a car in very good condition and cheap 👍🏾
