After purchasing a Jeep Wrangler from another dealership, several minor issues needed attention, and I didnt want to drive back to Kansas City so I went to Dale Willey. Ryan Shackelford in the Service Department, was very helpful and professional on resolving both of my repairs.

Not impressed with this dealership. The salesman I was working with was nice but I wouldn’t recommended to my family or friends.. location lacked good customer service and the finance guy was not friendly at all. I Purchased a vehicle yesterday was told I would receive a call this morning to let me know when the vehicle I purchased would be out of service, never received a call so I called to check in and the guy tells me it will be Friday maybe… one of the managers told me he was going to make me a deal on the vehicle so I wouldn’t go elsewhere and he wouldn’t even mark the vehicle down one bit. Cars are priced on the high end! If you are looking for a good experience car buying I would recommend going elsewhere.

They showed great thoroughness with inspection and went over each line item on the invoice to make sure I didnt have questions. One of the items (was getting an audio system error even though it worked fine) the said I needed a new radio. They should have retested it after doing the software update on the vehicle as the error indicator is gone. Overall, very pleased with this 1st visit and Devin was great to work with.

The salesman was very nice and the buying process was smooth but the 2006 F150 I purchased has several issues with it that were not mentioned or addressed. They were not even willing to finish a repair they had in the contract to be fixed and that was just the electric switch for the driver seat to move. Nice people, but terrible with making sure repairs are taken care of. It seems that as long as a vehicle turns over and drives, its a solid vehicle to them. I took the vehicle to midas the day after buying and the dealership was unwilling to even do repairs such as replacing a $25 dollar air filter along with the rest of issues.

Purchased my pre-owned vehicle here back in October and had a very pleasant car buying experience. Nick was friendly and knowledgeable and they got me into a vehicle I loved at a price I could afford. Went back a few months later with my girlfriend and she bought a Jeep through the same salesman (She had also bought a G6 brand new here back in 2008). The experience was even better the second time because we knew what to expect and got the same service we had returned for. Great place to buy!

The service department is a joke, I made an appointment to get my oil and tires rotated. Go to my appointment but then the guy never actually scheduled it. I asked to speak to a manager and they laughed at me. When I asked for another appointment the gentleman said we are book completely for the next three weeks and we don’t do weekend appointments so have a great day. I won’t be bringing my Jeep to this dealership ever again.

Day 1. Arrived for servicing on my Jeep before service department opened. Insisted I needed the higher dollar servicing. After 2 hours came back with list of problems and Id have to come back next day so could order parts.Day 2. Arrived before service department opened at 8. Told at 10 til noon that almost done. Finally looked out into service bay at 12:30. Tire off and putting it on rack to lift. That is NOT almost done. Handed carwash token because taking so long . Almost 1:00 and still not done.Sadly, Dale Wiley used to be among the best in service departments. Now its a joke. Ill go to local non-affiliated mechanics in future. This is ridiculous.

I have been to this dealership three times now and have had two negative experiences. The first was last summer when I purchased four new tires--after waiting two hours longer than I was told for the service, I was also charged more than what was quoted. While I was waiting, I had to be the one to inquire about the longer than expected wait time, which is poor customer service in my opinion. When I received the bill and noticed a higher amount, they did nothing to correct the issue. The manager was asked about it but said that was the price of the tires. I have not had my tires even a year and noticed poor wear on one tire only. I figured this was a defect in the tire since it was only one. I was asked to bring it in and the technician said it was due to over inflation. Not my fault (I was told) but the fault of the dealership who services my vehicle. Now I have two dealerships blaming each other. I was told the manager from Lawrence would call me to discuss options. His service adviser called instead and told me there was nothing they could do, and when I asked questions, she admitted she did not know the answers to them but still said there was nothing they could do. When I questioned how only one tire had this problem, she then said it could be due to a burn-out. I am a 45-year-old woman and have no desire of doing a burn-out in my vehicle. What a joke! I am tired of companies passing the blame and not trying to help customers.

I am only commenting on the service department and only for oil changes. I do not recommend Dale Willey for a simple oil change. The people are nice and helpful. But I waited for an hour and my car had not even gone in. Id expect to drop off the car and come back later for mechanical work but when you schedule an oil change for the morning it shouldnt be long. If it takes two hours for an oil change, I expect to know upfront. I can go elsewhere, and will, for oil changes. After an hour I left without an oil change, so definitely go somewhere else.Tried again six months later. They now have a sign that says Express.Dropped off for a 7:30 oil change appointment. I was asked when I’d like to have it done. I said by noon would be fine. Four hours should be long enough, right? I wasn’t going to wait this time. Stopped back at 1:15. Guess what? Not done. Seriously? So I waited. Ended up in the waiting room anyway. 20 minutes. $75.80 for just the oil. Not sure how much longer if I had asked for the tires to be rotated, which they need to be.Also, no report on anything. I dont know the condition of the brakes, battery or tires. These are things Ive gotten used to elsewhere. Id give zero stars if I could.

Had an issue with my car that indie shops couldnt figure out. Brought it to the dealership knowing the stereotype of service departments at dealerships in general. I can say that stereotype does not exist here. Ryan, Service Manager, and his team techs were absolutely transparent and forthcoming in their customer service. They offered a shuttle as well, which i needed. Anyone that owns a chrysler, dodge, jeep, or ram should have zero hesitations about the service department here. Even though the result isnt what i had hoped, i couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I was moving out the California from Virginia and broke down near Lawrence, KS late on Thursday night before Labor Day weekend. Tobey and his team were able to diagnose the problem the next morning and get me back on the road by noon, even though they had a full schedule of clients that day. Highly recommend using the service department here. Professional and prompt.

Very clean facility and wonderful personnel now that it has been bought by Dale Willey of Lawrence. The building is new and has excellent accommodations, not to mention that they have a great inventory of Jeeps, Ram Trucks, Dodge and Chrysler vehicles too! The facility is not in the big city element, but it offers a home town feeling to it and they price their vehicles aggressive to sell. i would say that it would be worth the drive if you lived in Topeka or even Kansas City for sure!

Awesome sales staff. Thank you Austin. We purchased a new truck in Maryland and were half way to Kansas when we realized we did not get our lug nut key. Which can be a big problem if we would need it. After several calls to our dealer we called the Lawrence dealer to be pro active and see if we could get one there. Austin was knowledgeable and helpful. He went to the parts dept to make sure they had what we needed and called us back in minutes. It will be a peace of mind knowing that we have it if we need it. Meanwhile no one has called us back from the Maryland dealership.

The service department needs to read the dictionary meaning as to what service exactly is. Complete lack of service is what was received & worse wasted my time. If you can’t get to a car in the time frame you promise -show some integrity and courtesy by being honest up front & communicate with the customer. You’ve now delayed repair time for my vehicle & worse wasted my time. Don’t lie to a customer then give an oh well attitude. Under promise & over deliver is my recommendation. You’ll never have a shot at my business again for service or a vehicle purchase. Plenty of options out there for Chrysler products. Fortunately there’s small businesses in town that do exactly the same work as you faster & for less $$x. Basic courtesy is all that’s required & could of avoided this review. Shame on your people - particularly the “oh well” girls in the office. ZERO STARS!

After having an issue with my Jeep a few weeks ago, getting the problem diagnosed by the technicians (pulley and water-pump) and repaired, I was expecting the initial issue (a squeaking noise upon starting the vehicle) to be resolved. However, upon my return from being out of town, the same noise resumed. I spoke with Ryan to reschedule a follow-up. Today, my Jeep was re-evaluated and I was now told that the belt was bad. My frustration lied with the fact that I was told previously, it was not the belt. Of course this is not a covered item and I was quoted $149, not including labor. After discussing the issue and the lack of the actual problem being properly diagnosed, Ryan (and his manager) were able to work with me and get the Jeep repaired today at a cost that was reasonable. I appreciate this dealership and will continue to use their services.

Best sales experience EVER! Jamie Snooks was down to earth and made the experience worthwhile. Duly was the best Sales Manager I have ever dealt with...GO CHIEFS!! Only reason I rated my experience as a 4 and not a 5 was because Jared in finance was terrible. Poor attitude and couldnt do his job. Could not get a timely response, a return phone call or promised documents faxed correctly. The sad thing is, we didnt even use them to finance so not sure why he couldnt do his part of the job!! Definitely would recommend Briggs to buy a car but I would ask for someone else to do your financing paperwork!! Make sure to ask for Jamie and Duly to make your shopping experience the best!

This Service Department was professional in every respect .....A relatively major engine repair completed on time and my 16 Wrangler Unlimited runs better than when delivered new from the factory. The team diagnosed the problem communicated it to me, then went about expediting parts acquisition, then repair by a very competent technician and delivered as promised two days later.... Great staff and listens to what you want. The dealer was 2 hours away and I wanted the best price and car I wanted before I traveled that far. They worked with me over text, as I preferred, and beat the other dealers price every time. When deal was done, they drive the car to the nearest deal by me to complete the sell. This has to have been the greatest experience at a car dealership that weve ever had. We had a pretty rough go at a different dealership before we found Briggs, saying it would be next to impossible to be financed. With that being said everyone I met was very professional, not only that, but the entire staff was very friendly. If my 1 year-old is able to warm up to everyone in a heart beat like he did with everyone at Briggs, then I can rest assured that anyone looking to business at Briggs will feel like part of huge family. With fair payment options as well as added insurance in case anything were to happen to the big purchase.Of course I have to give a big shout out to Thomas. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he didnt try to shy us away from what we truly wanted! Not only that, but it only took him showing us one truck. When I first visited Briggs I had fantastic service. I was primarily dealing with Blake. After awhile I began dealing with Ryan at the front and his name is mentioned on plenty of prior posts. That guy must have dirt on somebody because after reading multiple negative reviews explicitly mentioning him as the cause and then my own experience we well, he’s still employed! Examples: when you call and he answers you can count on one hand how many words he will use. “Briggs” “Yep” “Ok” “Bye”. I had an oil change and they discovered something that required attention. It was busy in there and he told me at the front desk to take my keys and that he’d reach out to me soon to talk details and set up an appointment. To this day, 8 months later, I still have not received that phone call. His tone is conceited and I can’t figure out where that comes from because he’s not better than anyone at any job. I had a transmission replaced, new tires, and every oil change conducted on my Jeep done at Briggs Lawrence. I haven’t been back since the final straw with Ryan. The 2 stars are for the service I received prior to primarily dealing with him. It’d be an insult to the average citizen of Lawrence that is taking their vehicle to Briggs if I didn’t add my 2 cents in hopes of change.Side note: Briggs offers great job security!

5 stars on initial visit, met Randal in sales while I was killing time on a Saturday.5 stars on purchase of a used car from Randal (I would recommend people ask for him if they are interested in purchasing a vehicle) Randal did a wonderful job and made us feel good about doing business with them. The sales manager and finance group were also very good.5 stars for parts department on a different visit when I was getting parts for my Wrangler.5++ stars for the service department. I bought my dream truck from Briggs... I wouldnt buy it without a warranty. They sold me one and I even paid more to get a longer one. 2 months later Im in Tulsa and the transmission went out. Warranty said they were denying it due to, too many miles. Now, I am really proud that Briggs not only covered the trans, but gave me my $4,000 back on the warranty. But, being a silly old woman that I am and in love with her truck... I didnt think to make them buy back the whole truck for the problems there would be in the next 2 years (which mind you, would have been 100% covered under the warranty that they fraudulently sold me)! Once again, why I wasnt going to buy it without the warranty. They should NEVER have sold this truck to ANYONE until they went through it!!! It would have been covered and fixed if the warranty was in place and good! :-( I hate car dealers even more now!

Being not only new to the area, but 8 months pregnant my family needed a larger truck. My aunt referenced me to Raymond Morgan, she said he would definitely take care of me.... And he didnt let me down! Very poor experience I had with the Dodge Briggs dealership in Lawrence this week. Had called ahead day before and they knew I was coming before I drove 4 hours to look at used minivan they had on their lot for month and a half. I arrived and they had the van in shop and tore apart because a broken handle they knew about. When told they would have it fixed within the half hour-four hours later I see them pull a used handle off another van and I finally get to test drive it. The car-shower was very nice and honest with me, but the manager Mike Wright showed very poor professionalism. He lied multiple times to me over the phone prior to showing up and while I was their at his dealership. I even heard him making comments that he did not want me or my business. After being at his dealership for four hours and no business was discussed we finally talked price on the van and three minutes in I already made a second offer and they did not make a counter offer so I just left. That manager Mike Wright was very unprofessional and dishonest...not at all what I expected out of a big dealership in a big city. Guess it is too much to expert when I go to a dealership that I get honesty and non-salvaged parts being used on cars they sell. If we are looking for that we would look to buy from a person for a lot cheaper price. We didnt buy the van from them, and I would much rather make a good honest deal somewhere else.

I recently purchased 2017 Jeep Renegade here. The sales person Jacob was super knowledgeable about cars and he showed us everything we wanted to see. He did everything he could to help me to find the right car! (I would give him 5 starts, but there is a second part to the story). Once the car was chosen and price was all set me and my boyfriend went to the office with the finance guy to sign the paperwork. At the beginning we were offered warranty that we could chose to buy. This warranty was completely optional and it was up to us if we wanted to get it. When we kindly refused the offer, we were asked if the price of the warranty was an issue, and we said that it was not, things that were offered were actually decent for the price. However, we still didnt want to buy the warranty. After refusing to buy the warranty for the second time, we were asked again why? And we explained again and again that we didnt want to buy it. After kindly refusing 4 times the finance guy yelled: Jesus Christ, whatever, lets just get out of here. And completely changed his attitude and started throwing the paperwork my way for me to sign without even bothering to explain what those papers were. I honestly didnt want to sign them after being treated this way, Im already paying $20,000+ for the car and I just didnt need the warranty as my car is brand new. After he saw me being hesitant and not signing he somewhat changed his personality and tried to explain and everything, but wasnt as nice as he should of been and didnt respect my choice of not getting the warranty. If I were to do it all over again, I would look for another dealership that will offer me everything possible, but will leave it up to me on deciding what I want to buy and at the end respect all of my choices. Again, salesman was terrific, finance guy was super pushy, rude, and disrespectful.

I visited several dealerships and couldnt find a sales person who was friendly and genuine until I went to Briggs in Lawrence KS! Raymond Morgan immediately welcomed me and listened to what I wanted. He found me a jeep that I love with every thing I need. Raymond was easy to talk to, so professional, he wasnt pushy, and most importantly he was a great listener. I bought two cars in the past year- only one of which I bought from Briggs. I wish I went to Briggs in the first place! It would have saved me so much worry and time! At least now I know who to go to the next time I buy a vehicle (Raymond). I wont waste my time going anywhere else.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have had plenty. Christopher Johnson from Briggs Nissan came over to assist me with my trade and was as helpful as you could want a sales person to be. Ann in Finance walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood my options and what each choice meant. Katy from the internet site started this whole process rolling and communicated with me the whole way. So, thanks to everyone at Briggs in Lawrence I am driving a 2013 Ram, paying less than I was for my previous truck, and happy as I can be with my new vehicle. We had our car serviced here and the experience was not one to brag about. It took 26 days to ultimately get a new engine in our car. Around day 22 I spoke with someone named Mike who was able to put some urgency into getting our car done. He obviously was unable to change any previous discussions and service provided to us, but was pleasant and made an effort to make things right with us.

Worst experience ever. My service advisor was Ryan and he didn’t provide adequate customer satisfaction at all. My car was given back to me in worst condition then when I brought it in when I told Ryan he refused to accept the fact. They didn’t even want to do the recalls on my car which they made me pay $2800 for a bunch of things that was going to be covered by the recall. I even called Chrysler customer service to make a report but of course they would side with the Jeep over the customer. I’m never getting a Jeep again! In addition I missed 4 days of works because my car was with this company for a week and my car is the only way I can get to work since the bus doesn’t go out that far. I gotten so fed up with waiting so I walked to the shop and was there for 6 hours leaving around 3pm when Ryan my service advisor told me that my car would be ready at 10am.UPDATE: After calling Jeep a thousand times to complain and verify the recalls on my car. I spoke with Financial Advisor Blake who assisted me with getting adequate information and maintaining the communication. Blake and the area manager Jeff apologized for the previous incident and help me solve this issue to a point where I am happy to give them 3 additional stars.

UPDATED PLEASE READ TO THE END. Called and made an appointment for a 10k mile service on my new truck. Drove 40 miles one way to be told they wouldnt honor the appointment since its for an oil change they only do first come first serve, and it would be a couple hours wait. Left very unhappy.UPDATE. after this happened I received a phone call from the operations manager and he was disappointed in the level of service I received. I was asked to return to give them another chance to earn my business. I agreed. My wife took the truck in and they got it right in and performed all the required maintenance free of charge. Then today I received another call from the service manager following up just to verify everything went smoothly. When they say they strive for 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION they mean it. They have gone above any expectation of mine. If this is the kind of service they continue to provide I will definitely be returning.

We went in looking for a car and Mike did everything he could to get us in one we could both afford and that we liked. The PT Cruiser we bought is the best car Ive owned. Then when we realized that the prior owner had gotten a CD stuck in the CD player, the sales department covered the cost of a new radio. The service was quick and well done. Plus they sent us great cookies in the mail after we completed our purchase. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

No longer that terrible Briggs dealership that almost ruined Lawrence dealerships. However, they do not report your vehicle maintenance to Carfax and they didnt check my vehicle for any recalls, which I had one at the time of service. Which leaves me to question if they actually did the multipoint inspection that they claimed they did. I give an extra star back, from 2 stars for the above, just for the fact that I didnt get a phone call, email, or snail-mail flier at anytime after the service, which I appreciated greatly since the previous dealer did that non-stop after I got service through them.

Great service as always! Thought our vehicle needed brakes, however after Briggs looked it over they said no brakes needed, so no unnecessary work or charges. Always find them to be honest with inspections and they do fast and impressive work when things are needed.

First off, Mike was Awesome, made me feel at ease and comfortable. The process was so smooth and easy, I was never stressed as you know buying a used car can so many times be! Mike to me never felt like a Used Care Salesmen, you know how that term has been used. He was FIRST RATE and so was all the staff from the Finance Guy, and Steve who took my call before I came in! I always felt like they were working to do what was right for me, and that is rare, I have purchase plenty of cars, and my treatment at Briggs at the top of the list!! Would definitely Recommend!!

After reading all the negative reviews on here, I almost got cold feet about going to look at a truck I saw online. Im glad I didnt listen. Ive sat at a sales desk of 3 or 4 dealerships over the last few months and my experience at Briggs was much better than the rest. Everyone at Briggs seemed very genuine which was a nice change. Specifically, Joseph was very very helpful in assisting us through the process. Id highly recommend Briggs Auto to anyone looking.P.S. - I never leave reviews but felt it was necessary after reading the poor reviews.

Bought a 2014 Hyundai used and its a really nice car and I have had to have it taken twice within the last month and a half to repair shop first time was due to check engine light and the other due to starter going out I fill they got this as a trade and did not check car over I am thankful that they worked with me but owning a new car less then 2 months and having to spend 661.00 on a repair that should not happen.Update: Thanks to Mr. Briggs and some research found warranty information and got my repair down to 106.00 from 661.00 I am very thankful this was much appreciated due to not expecting a major issue this soon.

Recently had my truck serviced with Briggs. I was a little concerned when I pulled into the Subaru service drive for service. I was met at my vehicle and they explained that they had a new store under construction and this was just temporary. They addressed my issues on my truck and also advised me of some other items that I was not aware of. Keaton was great and kept me up to date on my repairs. Truck was repaired and returned to me. After I arrived home I saw that my tires had green caps on them. I called Keaton and he told me that since I purchased my tires there I got nitrogen for FREE! Overall I was very pleased with my service visit and will return for all my needs. Thanks for good service Briggs!

I just want to thank Johnny Fennix and his management and service teams for their help during this car buying process. I had been in Puerto Rico for almost 14 months working in storm restoration efforts. While I was home on a short break, we needed to get a vehicle and he helped us to do that. There were some issues that we just couldn’t nail down but the service guys and Johnny worked hard until they found the issues. Johnny has always been very professional and quick to search for results to my family’s concerns. I know that things break, but you can imagine how frustrating it is to deal with this while being 2200 miles away. Johnny was able to work with my wife and I to make sure we were satisfied. I want to make sure your company knows that you have an employee that truly cares about making the customer happy and that is certainly not the case at all dealerships. Called the dealership yesterday, When the phone was answered she said she was new and didn’t know who could help me. I was transferred to the service department and I told them about the email I received the day prior from Jeep Mopar. He said he has never heard of such a part (gorilla glass windshield for wranglers). He came back on the phone and said everyone he asked looked at him like he was crazy. I told him I had a part # and a NAGS number. He said well I will transfer you to parts. I gave the parts Dept the part number from the email and he said I was wrong and that part number is for a rear end. I confirmed the part number again and said I was wrong and the NAGS number wouldn’t help.I called another dealership in KC area and gave them the same part number, came up as a windshield and the part was ordered. KC was very professional compared to Briggs. Had a similar issue when there was a recall on my Jeep, guess service is only good if you bought it from Briggs.

Do NOT shop here. They are not trustworthy.Essentially I came in to look at Dodge trucks in the Lawrence location. I was excited. I walked in the door with a certificate for a $50 test drive that was offered by Dodge, and required a dealer visit to validate the certificate.I visited the dealership on Saturday, May 25th @ 10AM. I spoke with Sarah Clark and Jacob Thomas. I was also told that they would validate (i.e. confirm I visited your dealership) the $50 test drive offer.Several weeks later, they did not validate the certificate despite repeated attempts to reach the sales people via email and by phone. I also tried reaching the Sales Manager Tommy White. Finally I Tried calling Dodge corporate customer service who did not help either.I went over to Ford and looked at the F-150s and there was no issue there. I was treated with respect. How you treat customers is important. If I cant trust your word on honoring a $50 certificate paid by corporate, what makes you think Ill want to spend $40K with you on a truck?Im *glad* I had this experience as it will deter me from ever purchasing a Dodge/Chrysler/Fiat/Jeep/car, and it will *certainly* prevent me from ever purchasing a vehicle at this Lawrence location.Buyer beware. I bought my car at Briggs, which in and of itself was a wonderful experience. I also take my car there for its regular oil changes. Everything has always been great. But then I took my car in to have the heater looked at and things went from great to freaking amazing. Not only did Josh Benning (Service Advisor) listen to my concerns, he treated me like my tiny issue was his only concern. From setting me up to get a ride to and from the dealership to keeping in contact with me so I always knew where they were in the process. His knowledge settled my anxious mind and his sense of humor kept me upbeat. I cant thank him enough.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, it was suppose to be free being that I have a 2 year maintenance plan. I was not under the amount of miles that was allowed so they were going to charge me 94$ for the service. After talking to the cashier she changed it and made it right, not charging me anything. Going to Briggs looking to buy a used car, I found their selection a little limiting. Admittedly, my price range was low, but not all of my questions could be immediately answered, nor was I told the answer could be easily obtained. Friendly staff and very understanding when I cancelled my test drive. Though I couldnt find what I was looking for time, I will return again next time. I feel better knowledge of the used vehicles on the lot would increase my rating and satisfaction.

Jeremy Holley was our sales representative at Briggs Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. He was very polite and helpful. We gave him a budget that we were wanting to stay in, as well as what type of vehicle we were wanting in that budget and he found not 1 but 2 vehicles that we fell in love with. Ultimately we went with the one with more features but both Dodge Caravans were great. He was very friendly with my children and very patient. He went above and beyond to help us get the most for our trade in as well!!!!! Over all we were very pleased with the service we were provided.Briggs Auto as a whole was a very nice place as well. They had a large tv and plenty of snacks to keep my little ones entertained as we went through the process of car buying.

Nobody knows where our gap insurance check is at after more than 10 weeks. We were initially told it would only take 4-6 weeks.Update.We called numerous times. We started off talking to Chad, the finance manager, he claimed it never got “submitted right” and that it would take another “3-4 weeks” that got us no where. Also a guy named Hayden said he just started and he would look into it and call back, never heard from him. Finally asked for a General Manager a couple weeks later, he said he would look into it, never heard from him. Called again for a manager and I believe his name was Pat, who told us to call Topeka because the checks are processed at that location. Called Topeka, that general manager said he would call me first thing Monday morning. Never heard from him again. Finally stopped by Topeka Tuesday afternoon, took over 30 minutes for and older women to finally come down and hand us a check with an attitude and no apology. All she said “I was on vacation last week” and walked off. She had 9 weeks to send this one check off in the mail. Not ONE person apologized for this inconvenience. Everyone just had excuses. I work in customer service so I understand somethings are just out of your control and you might get busy and forget, but the amount of times I had to call and not one person actually kept their word until they had a fire lit under their asses.
