I wait at least 60 days before I submit an Auto Repair shop review. With that being said, my 2013 Audi A4 is still running great after Import MotorWorx repaired it. I will be taking my car there for all future repairs and I will no longer be taking my car to the Audi Dealership-which saves me a lot of money. Prices are fair at Import MotorWorx. They are not cheap-but fair.

I brought a 2009 mini in that had no engine, it was a nightmare and other places wouldn’t work on it, even the dealer. I called Andre and he didn’t try to sell the business to me but educate me on the car which made me feel very comfortable. The technician that worked on the car, Wayne, performed a miracle. He went over and beyond the call of duty to get the car working. Once I told Wayne this car was for my daughter he made sure to go through the entire car to make sure it was safe for my daughter. This will be the only shop I choose to work on the car. No up sale, they quoted me a price and that’s what I payed plus the things I added. Extremely satisfied with the service, would recommend to others!

Also, they offer a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty on all of their services so you know they do it once, and do it right. Honest guys that know their stuff. I came in with a check engine light which at a lot of places means recommending unnecessary repairs. These guys told me the truth - my gas cap needed to be replaced. They fixed it, charged me a fair price and I was on my way. Will be going back again.

I chose Import Motorworx due to it was listed under my Creditor (Synchrony Auto Care). On the onset, I was greeted by Andre, who demonstrated total professionalism. When one is greeted in this manner, one can assure themselves the business and its associates will be the same. It’s because of this, I had confidence my vehicle will receive the best quality maintenance. Cost didn’t matter to me at this point, I just wanted my vehicle to be fixed by quality professionals to ensure my vehicle will have some longevity. A Mini is like a BMW squished into a tuna ca, so it tends to be expensive to repair.I took my car to him before and he advised me, at no charge, that Mini would cover a repair.Andre did his best to save me a little while till maintaining a high standard of work. Firefighter and single dad finally making it back on my feet from a nasty divorce and I bought my first ever German car (used 528 BMW). After researching and making many calls I decided to take my new used 2011 BMW back in 2018 to Motorworx to give them a try and haven’t gone anywhere else since. So far they’ve done three oil changes, transmission & filter service, brake fluid change, air filters, power steering fluid change, valve cover / gasket replacement (warranty), starter (warranty), intake manifold gasket (warranty), oil filter housing gasket, and all new spark plugs recently all for reasonable prices and above all competent work.

I appreciate that not only have they competently made repairs to my vehicle but they’re big on making sure that I take preventative measures, like topping off oil, to keep my vehicle running at its best. I bring in my lovely MINI Cooper S for engine check light and some caution light, they diagnosis everything very carefully and find few more thinks I don’t even notice and fix it for me. I dropped off my car for maintenance be and despite their being only one technician on hand due to COVID-19, they performed the maintenance service within a reasonable amount of time. They also notified me when the car was ready and advised me of additional maintenance services.

My alternator failed out of the blue, and based on a good experience over the phone when getting a quote, I drove my car here with the battery running out of steam. Andre and his team diagnosed that the issue was an alternator drive belt in just over a day and I drove my car home for a tenth of what I was quoted. A lie would have been profitable for them in this case, but their honesty demonstrates that theyre in the business of keeping customers. Highly recommend, and will be back the next time something goes wrong.Update 2/20: Had some more problems with my car and went here first. The issue was diagnosed within half a day, I got a call with the estimate, and the car was ready the day after. Some small issues popped up the day after that seemed to be related to the repair. It ended up being a separate issue and was handled very quickly. This shop absolutely keeps my recommendation.

ImportMotorworx provides a high level of care and attention. They are pricier than other mechanics yet they also really take care of their customers. So they go an extra mile or 2 which costs more.I really hope one day they bring back having the car cleaned. I know the car wash next door changed management but hopefully one day something will workout. That was always a huge plus to get back not only a fixed car but a clean and shiny one too!

Import Motorworx maintains a great level of customer service while also being personable when in the shop.I had my Mini R53 towed here when a crack pulley separated and they were very quick about the work while also covering work under their warranty on a previous repair that was slightly leaking (most likely due to Cali roads + MINI suspension).Great Shop!

Honest excellent work. Andre informed me of a Class Action Lawsuit against Mini for the problem I was having. I applied and got a $500 check a couple of months later. Mini certainly was not going to tell me.

These guys are solid. I’ve been coming to them since I got my BMW. They always take the time to explain and educate me, and there have been several occasions where I brought my car in with a question and they’ve investigated and addressed the issue without charging me for their time.

When the service light came on, I tried to reach my regular mechanic for an appointment but couldnt get through so of course I searched Yelp!Not only did I get an appointment within an hour for my oil change, but there was a Yelp coupon, strong wifi in the waiting area, and André assured me that if they found anything that needed to be done they would show me the part or picture of the problem.They even have an app that lets you show them what your car is doing so you can get an estimate before bringing your car to them. Their prices are about half of the dealership prices and they use only original manufacturer parts and products.André showed me the results of the battery test, the brake fluid strip, and a slightly worn rubber piece that they will monitor on my next visit. They will give you a ride to work or home, and if you get bored, the South Bay Galleria mall and movie theater is across the streetIm glad to have had a five star experience so close to home and I cant imagine going anywhere else in the area for as long as I drive a European CAR!

Kept my car for 3 full days and charged me $701 labor for about ONE hour of actual labor. Turbo diverter valve on 2006 VW takes 3 minutes to replace and inspect on Youtube video. High pressure fuel pump cam follower takes 13 1/2 minutes to replace on Youtube video! Fuel line to high pressure fuel pump connects to 2 rubber fuel lines (about 10 minutes to replace. I call this extortion!!
