My husband and I along with our daughter rented a house from Premier. We got a great affordable deal considering the large house we rented. It was perfect for our family at the time. Also, they were always prompt to respond to any repairs or concerns and since we made sure to consistently pay our rent and pay it on time they were great to refund our deposit!! All of the staff were always courteous to our needs. Thanks to everyone at Premier for your professionalism. The house and the wonderful neighborhood made our 3 years there comfortable and a blessing.

I have been renting from this company for a while now and they have worked with me on several issues and they are understanding. The receptionist is always polite with me and keeping me updated on any issues that may apply. If I have any issues they are always on it. Thank you all so much for doing what you do.

The young lady at the front is extremely rude. She changed my desire to even fill out an application, let alone rent from any one with such a distasteful,hateful attitude. I asked questions and shes giving this I dont know find out yourself response. I honestly took it as I dont want you renting from me dont waste your time attitude . Very unpleasant experience . Is racicscm still big here? ? Or is that a dumb question also 👀?

I tried giving them one more chance with my refund for the deposit but they screwed me again. They never call back after leaving multiple messages. When I was renting from then it took 6 or 7 different times to take care of an a.c. unit that had been having problems since before I moved in according to the repairman. Horrible service and ended up ripping me off for 600 dollars. I would not recommend them to anybody. My family has worked in real estate as landlords and I have never seen anyone treated like this before. A normal office calls people back. Zero people skills just terrible.
