My honest to God advice, PLEASE exhaust every last option before doing business here. This is has got to be one of the most unprofessional rental agencies in North Carolina. They send out harassings letters stating they have tried to contact you and you would never receive a call. It took them well over a month to come and fix the floor in the house that was rotting and left a big dip. Again if you need a rental place let Mcmillan Rental be your last option. It is not worth the money nor headache with this company. Im grateful that we finally left.

I turn in my keys gave a proper notice and never late in my rent!!!! Theres nothing more I could do on my behalf... However its a week later and nobody is willing to do a walk through for any possible damage smh 😪 I keep calling and they each have a different story wow! Just do youre part because I done mine!

Well in ACTUALITY the tennis court was not standard at best. Highly disappointed!

This is by far the worst rental property management company we have ever used. They are constantly calling and sending letters, harassing us about something. We have NEVER had any issues with any other landlord or property management company. We have never received any notices at any other property, and we have lived in several different areas of the country. We seem to get a notice or a call about something about every two weeks here. The house is nice and the owner is prompt when it comes to fixing things, but the property management ruins it all. The employees are rude when they do call and even worse in person... Especially since our rent is always paid in full and on time. We have even been late.

Giving them one star is being kind. RANDY was extremely rude. Portrayed his company in a very bad light. Wasted our time, and lied!!!! This is NOT the type of person or company that I would want to do business with. Common courtesy is the basics!!!! Dont waste others time with lies and stall tactics. it tacky, unprofessional, and unbecoming.

These are nothing but a big rip off. I wouldnt recommend this rental company to no one.

Looking for 2 bedroom to rent, no luck

I hated this company....Living in an apartment building owned and run by Freddy, and it didnt matter what we called about, nothing ever got done. We never have heat, and we are having to use space heaters to keep the small living room warm, cold air comes out of the vents, the windows are drafty, cockroaches everywhere, water damage in the bathroom ceiling, loud and obnoxious neighbors, and whenever we saw Freddy and asked him to do something about it, we get told that there isnt anything that he can about it cause everything looks fine and the air system isnt even 3 years old and if we could stand the living conditions then we need to move out. I understand that the rental company cant do much to help us, but they could talk to the landlord and make sure that he gets everything fixed.I am sorry that I have 2 kids and a wife that live with me. I just want to make sure that they are safe and warm, but that doesnt happen here.No one should rent from McMillian ever

My Son did and application and they denied him saying his criminal back ground didnt go threw and my son has never been arrested except in high school for not doing what the teacher ask in 2013 to me that ridiculous maybe it was because he was a young black man 🤷‍♀️

Good for looking for homes to rent

These people are terrible, never use them. Leave violations by the dozens, repairs not made and even when repair people showed up they never called. Rent was more than house was worth, mice and cockroach infestations, phone calls not returned, emails not answered. Horrible, rude people. I was so grateful when the lease was up....

I think they are racist they never check out the apartments mold in the apartments had bed bugs from a tent ant they said it was us because we reported it they never come to fix anything
