Awful.Moved in and the house was dirty. They LIED and said they treat the house for pest control, meanwhile the man from the company told me they have not serviced there for a long time. And there were of course mice 😑. The house needs renovations and theyre cheap to do them. Dont rent from this company

I had rent a house from these people. New to the Scotland County and I didnt think nothing else of it. Once I had gotten my key and move in, I thought it was something I could call home. Wrong they was such in a rush for me to sign the lease they didnt mention the house I paid my hard earn money for was in a bad community. I stayed across the street from drug dealers and shooting. Lets not mention they did not want to fix the plumbing if I wanted to use the water in the kitchen I had to tell my children not to use the water in the bathroom or I will lose pressure. They windoelws are old and the window will in my bedroom is rotten and crock. And my stove is rusted. I call and ask for them to come and fixtthese things and they never did. Please do not rent from these people its not worth it

I dont even give them a star. We were suppose to rent to own from these crooks. Me and my spouse separated and I wanted to move forward to buy the property. I got pre qualified from a bank. I let them know ooo they were all for it but wanted me to finance with them. So we went on threw the process to buy. Appraiser came out to the property the house needs a roof and new a/c unit. They wanted me to get those things. Or pay half and they pay half. Who does that if you are selling a house. I said no, so they wouldnt do it, so now what am I going to do. Im making payments and mind you a portion of what Im paying is suppose to be put up for this very moment. About a week or so later the unit caught on fire. Me and my kids were in the house and got smoked out. By Gods grace and mercy we were not hurt. Did they care. Noo. They still wanted me to pay to get a new one. So I finally deceided to move. God bless me with something better. I left there more victorious they they thought. Now. I gave a thirty day notice. And told them they could kept my security deposit(2500) and it should satisfy whatever I left or whatever I need to finish paying. They took me to court. They Got rent I owed, and kept my deposit, and this so called money they were suppose to be saving for me when I got ready to buy the house. I have been waiting for the opportunity to be able to let people know about these people and Im glad its come today. Go find your own place and it you have to rent dont rent from them. They are crooks, and scammers. They dont care about nothing but that green money. I dont have a reason to lie. I would have not treated my worse enemy the way they did me and my kids. Rent with the option to buy means that its ok to buy as long as you finance with them. If you deceided to still deal with them. Please please read your contract very carefully and dont sign anything if you dont understand. Thank you. These people of course would respond as if they dont know who I am. I have a contract that stated they know me. Of course they dont do that any more they have scammed sooooo many people. I dont have a reason to lie on them. My point is to let everyone know about them so they wont make the same mistake I did. God dont like ugly and whatever seed we sow. We will reap it again. The bible said. To touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm. I am anointed and he is going to handle it. You cant fool him.
