Pool is great guys running it are nice and all this pool is a great workout
Awesome gym to work out at....not that many people in the gym so there is no waiting in line for someone to get down with the machine u wanna use.. has a lot of free weight plus the hammer strength machine are awesome and the people that go there to work out have the up most respect for anybody and everybody that is there trying to work out... I LOVE THIS GYM FOR MY WORKOUTS
The staff are always friendly and helpful. the pool area is always clean. prices are great! my favorite place to take my son for a day out!!

Best place to work off the pounds
Very small and high prices. also not open 24/7. however it is very convienent since I swim on the LSA SWIM TEAM.
