To the barbershop this morning for the first time in about 20 years My Wife suggested I go to the barbershop to get my beard professionally shaped up in preparation for my new gig. I have been cutting and shaving my beard for as long as I can remember but always wanted to get a professional cut. My barbers name is Strong and he was great. The shop was clean, he wore his mask the entire time and no one can wait in the sitting area as per the regulations. He used multiple trimmers and then finished with a straight blade as I use and it added that little extra touch to finish off the shape up.The entire process was smooth. I called a few days before to ask about coming in. They suggested I set an appointment and I made it for 9am. Strong was early and I entered the shop at 9:01am.If I decide to get my beard shaped up professionally again I would go back. The barber gave me his direct number so I can make an appointment with him easily.

TC is an excellent barber. He listens and fulfills the desire of his customers, as opposed to doing what he wants to do.

Friendly and professional barbershop. Went in last minute as a walk-in and was accommodated quickly. You can really tell they take their job serious. Do Recommend!

I came here for the first time to get my grandsons hair cut (he hates getting his hair cut) the wait was minimal and the barber named Zach that cut his hair was awesome. My grandson loved his new haircut and did not complain once while he was in the chair. This is my new go to spot to get his hair cut. Thank you Headz Up!!

Moved to Md. from Brooklyn. Been to a few barber shops with NO LUCK getting a proper fade. Strong is an artist with the buzzer. All the guys in the shop are cool people too. Great shop.

Went to see Manny and get my hair cut. I got a tapered fade last Friday and a week later my line up and taper still look distinctly noticeable... I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a good barber

Unprofessional service. The gentleman doing my shapeup was rough and had an attitude, didnt bother clean his equipment, and had the audacity to overcharge me.Not going anywhere near here again

Good folks and good haircuts

I went in there once to get my haircut and they sent me to the new barber in the back. Weird name. strongthebarber. He had a very bad attitude but I let him cut my hair anyway and he did an okay job. I decided to go back for a second haircut and I was in the barbershop and waiting he was outside parked sitting in his car for about 40 minutes probably getting high or something. He finally came into the shop and I have to he got settled in I walked up to him and kindly asked could you cut my hair after he cut the client that walked he had in the chair. He gritted on me, look me up and down and paused for a second and said he can try to get me in after the guy he had in the chair. The other Barber noticed his bad attitude as I begin to leave and grab my son and walk out he asked me did I need any assistance but I was already offset with this guys bad attitude and just left. I would not recommend that Barbershop and I definitely wont be going back. myself

WARNING! Avoid this place! This place is far from professional. No type of etiquette. I walked in for a haircut today, Sun, Dec 9, 2018, and was greeted and answered with hesitation. I walked in and walked to the back, I asked the two barbers from the back left if anyone could cut my hair and both answered as if they didnt want to be bothered. One said, hell get you,....So basically, one of the barbers threw me to the other barber that never even answered cuz he didnt want to cut my hair. I waited desperately for a cut, and when it was my turn, he apparently was calling out for me from across the room and I didnt notice, so he walked a tiny bit closet and started ranting and asking me if, I was high. Seriously? No ounce of professionalism. When he was cutting my hair, he was asking me if I knew where Ghana was and I spoke to him very friendly. But, when I asked him to cut a little bit off the top he literally said, I did what you asked me to, if you want me to cut some more tell me now cuz Im hungry, I havent had anything to eat. I would have appreciated if he would have just told me that he was hungry rather than treat me very unwanted. I will never come back here again. I think anywhere but here is safe. $25 bucks later, I found no need to complain, as they showed me they are not able to serve professionally. I had no time to go back and fourth with deficient barbers.

My barber of 12 years moved to New York, so I was in the market of finding a new barber. Found Bizzy The Barber through the TheCut app and went to him solely because the pictures and shape up line were crisps on his clients. Came to him and saw the technique he uses that no other barber has used. Hes been solid ever since, and I highly recommend.

I called this barbershop to ask if they would accept a credit card as a form of payment. The line was unclear when the representative was answering. I politely asked him to repeat his answer while informing him that the line was unclear. This clown proceeded to yell at me about the credit card machines not working. Im like, wow. Is this what customer service has come to. Its unbelievable that a business will have its representatives speak to a customer like that. I felt like responding to him but I decided to just hang up and proceed to a different barbershop in the area. Ive actually had a haircut there once before but now Ill never go back. Good riddance.

We had very bad experience, visited this place on last Sunday (Oct-14th-2018) with my son. We both were looking for haircut. The person who had cut our hairs charged more money than it was mentioned.For me he charged $25 and for my son(age 4) he charged $15. Me and my son both had regular hair cut.I dont think so the same amount was mentioned on the rate card over the shop. I realized later that it was $18 for adult and $15-$16 for kids. How come these guys can cheat openly. When i realized the rate card later while leaving the shop i felt very bad. I turned and saw the guy whom i paid but he was not even in mood of calling me back though he realized that he did mistake. Very bad!Wont recommend anyone!
