Lines Insurance co. was very prompt locating insurance for my vehicle when I went to them for assistance years ago.. It really took a load off my mind for them to do the legwork. Brad Lines and his team always take care me and my familys needs with both insurance and financial advice. They are very responsive and their service is excellent.He is quick to advise and make sure we are always making good decisions. This makes him very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with.

Have had a great experience. They were able to offer us a lower price on our insurance while providing better coverage than our previous provider. We’ve been with Lines Insurance for almost 8 years now and have had courteous, quick responses each time my car has unfortunately been in an accident or if I had a question about my rate.

Horrible experience. .I Signed a new policy and after almost 5months of my old cancelled policy find out no policy was ever finalized by Lines agency and after 5 months got refunded my money.. Ended up getting a request for fr-19 from mva for insurance lapse .. Thank god my old insurance agent was able to solve the issue because I feel The Lines team did nothing to solve a problem that was caused by their agency..Just gave my check back and hoped Id go away.. Not all this issue was their fault though, I made the mistake of walking in their office and trusting their team..If the employees actually knew the guidelines and followed them and not waited 5 months to inform me there was a issue with my car not being parked in a garage when I signed the policy this would never have been a issue.. It took 5 months and the mva to inform me of the issue.. Sad part is I live less then a block away from Lines laurel office.. And in response to Brad Lines if your team knew how to do their jobs this would never been a issue..And then after the issue caused by your team and you and your team did nothing to fix it..Like I said I thank God for monument insurance agency and their team fixing a problem caused by Lines Insurance agency that they literally had no intention of fixing or making right..Left me to deal with the problem on my own and another agency had to deal with the fr-19 from mva because Lines agency did nothing to fix the problem they caused..Serious lack of communication skills or knowledge of their own insurance providers policies is what led to this issue..I wouldnt let anybody on this team insure a bicycle..
