And let me tell you, I had a lot of needs. I had some complex insurance issues that were handled in a timely manner. Christy was able to ease my fears as I had a horrible experience at another company that caused me to spill hot coffee in my lap and burned myself pretty badly.. but I digress. Needless to say no coffee was spilled here, because Christy kept me calm every step of the way.In the days since, I have recently burned myself again since meeting with Christy, but it was not her fault.
