Weve been clients of this outfit for decades. Theyve been very responsive through two house damage claims and a car wreck. (I havent tested their responsiveness yet to a claim under my life insurance policy.) I highly recommend the CNR team to anyone looking for car or house insurance.

Heather is incredibly rude and unprofessional! From failing to provide complete and accurate information about the process and the premiums all the way to yelling at me when I said I didnt understand why the premiums on the paperwork were different than what was quoted over the phone. She was argumentative and abusive to a long-term multiple-policy client. Very unprofessional!

The office is filled with professional, knowledgeable representatives and I take comfort in knowing that I deal with the same representative whenever I need help. Ive been with Erie since I started driving and was on my parents policy. The entire time our local agents have been (whats now) Community Insurance Services. Theyve worked with me to ensure I have the affordable coverage for home, auto, rental, etc insurance however my life has changed. Theyve always been incredibly responsive and I know that I can always pick up the phone and reach them, and theyll have the answers I need.
