I moved to Michigan about 3 years ago and I haven’t been been able to find anyone to do my lashes and eyebrows like Tammy. She is the best! Tammy I will be back down next month in November. See you soon!

My girlfriend went to get a pedicure and they told her 30 mins for a pedicure when no one was in there they don’t have any customer service and they make you wait for a long time we even left and came back she still have to wait they were looking at us and speaking their language so we know they was talking about us they need to have more respect and curiosity of others that’s spending they’re money there

I really love this Place I drive From Hollywood just to get Tammy to do my Eye lashes, Eyebrows, ...I Love this place wouldnt go nowhere else..

Its 2021 been here over an hour waiting. The person i normally goes to not here and my plan B person finshed with a person and went to do whatever and never said he will be ready in a sec.. Ive been coming here since they first opened. I think its time for a change

WORSE NAIL SALON!!! Staff very rude, and very unprofessional. The lady that did my nails rushed to finish, (she must forgotten that I’m paying her)My nails hurting as she doing them. And plus my nails polish started to come off and nails came off within a week. I will never ever come back to this place. I Highly not recommend this place!!!

The people in here are very rude! Especially the eyebrow lady and the old man that does the nails which I think is her husband. They have treated me poorly on multiple occasions. I don’t know why I kept coming back but I will no longer come back. Look how they are responding to people in the reviews. Very nasty people! DO NOT COME HERE. You have been warned! EDIT: Response to owner. I’m someone who barely speaks when I enter, I tip everyone I receive service from and I don’t bother anyone. You said why are you guys rude to some and not others? Why is that? Just for fun it seems. I was the only one in the shop that day you all were extra rude. No wonder nobody knows about this location but they know about lovely nails.

I treated my friend to her nails done for her birthday as I needed mine. I decided to try something new and get the chrome With the gel nail polish overlay on my real nails. The owner asked why I had not been brought there before and my friend told her it was her first time being able to. I tipped well for both of our nail techs and paid Close to $150 for the two of us, not including the tip. The next day the chrome started to chip on more than one nail. Within the next two days the chrome started to come off all of my nails. The black polish under became very visible. By day five the gel polish started to come off, which is a sign of it being toooo thin. I only get gel nail polish on my nails for the last two years and I have never had my nail chip within the same week. The nail overly was done way too thin and was not able to protect my nails as is the purpose of gel polish. I advise you not to go back here as the service is subpar. When I called to have the situation remedied service was denied and there was no attempt to satisfy the paying customer.I will not invest any more of my hard earned funds from my businesses into this business.

Went there today an got a fullset and I hated my nails. The tech at the first seat in the 3rd roll is unprofessional, and rush nails. My nails look like somebody was practicing on my hands and when I show him his works thats look horrible he shrugged his shoulder. Very unpleasant with the service an this was my 3rd strike. Take your business elsewhere. I wont be referring nobody else.

These people are nasty. The young guy who does nails is rude and I see their responses are rude. Clean your nail salon. They cleaned blood up with plain water thats just nasty

Their work ethic is high! I love how my nail, toes and eyebrows looked....just long wait. In a way they are worth the wait. Your choice. Very satisfied.

Went here today for a full set I was greeted by 2 staff members and the place is clean and they are very reasonable in price. Heaven was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. I will be returning. Thanks ladies

Clean and nice staff. I walked in and was serviced. Went for one service and received three. I brows and pedicure still looks fresh today. I went back the next day for a maincure.

Went in at 11 AM, walked out at 12:40! day before mother’s day !!! Payed 52 dollars for a Beautiful fill, and a pedicure. Young nice girl took good care of me. Seems like they’re popular for their eyebrow and lashes services, they look good !!!! Couldn’t be happier, first time here and I’ll be back. You always have those customers with their annoying kids and obnoxious issues, but hey as long as my nails look good, I could care less !!!

Love this place. I have been going to them almost a decade now and they have yet to disappoint me. Recommend them to everyone I know. I love Tammy and her husband.

I was refused service, I’m assuming because I’m too “picky” ... the quality here is poor, it can be good if the tech took their time however they rush, the nails are big n bulky & they starting lifting if not pop off after 1 week ! ... & because I’ve told them this, I’m the picky one. 🙃 I did find a great tech there, a sweet elderly man, however he is no longer there 😪

I went in for a refill and wanted to get a mood changing color. Their selection was not big and they had a better selection of regular mood changing versus gel color changing. There should be a disclaimer that the regular mood changing requires you to be under a UV light. On top of that when I went back to change the color, there was no sense of urgency. I didnt mind paying the extra for the gel to get it changed (even though I shouldnt have). Because I specifically asked the girl does this work the same way the gel does? and she told me yes LIES!!!!! It doesnt, Who would be under a UV constantly.If any of my customers have to come back then I will make them top priority not having them waiting an additional 20 minutes as if their time is not valuable.They should all take a course in customer satisfaction and what customer service truly is . I will NEVER go into this shop again EVVVVERRRRRR.!!!!! The only reason I was there was because my regular place is closed on Mondays and I was too busy to go on the weekend.

My experience was absolutely terrible do not come here! They don’t know how to do anything good. I came here to get gel full set and I left IN PAIN. my nails hurt so bad I can’t even touch them. The guy was extremely rough on my nails even when I told him not to be. He left my nails uneven and even after I asked him to fix them they were still left uneven. I am in so. Much. P A I N. It’s unbelievable. And also the acrylic burned my nails. I’m never going here again.

I went there on a Friday for a gel Polish on my hands and feet. I didnt get tips on all my nails but on a few because they were chipped. Well turns out, gel is not for weak nails. I got home and realized that 3 of 10 of my nails were split. Damn....I paid 50 for them... so I rushed to go get nail hardener as I figured it would help. Nope...Needless to say I walked for a week with botched ass nails because my work schedule was stuffed. I go back to the salon that next Friday for a new set and asked if I could receive a discount as it hadden even been a week yet. I was told by the fat lash girl no. I would have to pay in full. I agreed and told her I wont be returning afterwards . She told me to leave and get it fixed somewhere else, like i had interest on paying 80 for my nails in one week. A professional would have new better. Stay far from these low class Chinese rippoffs
