Chris is awesome! Both times coming here i have been very satisfied! Staff is very polite and skilled. I Will return as much as i can! Crazy thing is the only reason i came here was because i was refererred 🥰 so i really hope this review helps others discover them as well! 😊💕

I love the old management!! The man and his wife who sat in the front did my nails best. She also did the best in waxing brows. The new management is horrible. They lack customer service. They are extremely rude. Especially one particular one. He does pedicures in the first chair closer to the exit on the left. I had a verbal argument with him over how horrible My pedicure turned out. I only got that upset because he refused to fix them & also bashed me about getting a $20 pedicure. Every employee watched by no one calmed the situation down or apologized to me. In fact it seems as though they were sticking together. The women with the scar on her face messed up my eyebrows I just wanted to cry. I specifically told her I didn’t want them thin I just wanted to clean. I walked in with full eyebrows & left with almost like pencil drawn eyebrows. I get the same thing done every time I come here & always pay different prices. I was highly upset & will never spend my money here.

In general the place is worn down. Nail color selection was very poor. Staff is rude. Their credit card machine didnt work and I wasnt informed until after and the burden is put on the customer to make a special trip to comeback and pay later when they have cash. Massage chair was broken and on all the chairs the buttons are worn out so you cant see what you are pressing.

Typical nail shop. Theyre fairly cheap (for a nail shop) and fast. They also do waxing and eyelashes there.

I loved getting my nails done here by Christine. She was amazing. Everyone else thats done them is either sloppy or they start to lift or break within a few days. It was so convenient & affordable but not thst shes not there anymore I wont be returning.

This place is unhygienic. The tool did not come from an autoclave and were just sprayed with the some clear solution prior to use.

Worst place to get your nails done I just had the worst service! This guy was rude and unprofessional.

New Mngmt and new prices. They charge u and yet they have no signs proving the changes to prep u.

Sloppy job, you can still see the polish from my old paint job in the corners of my fingers, then the guy had a nerve to ask if I would like to leave a tip- let the customer make that decision its rude to ask especially when you guys already charge extra for every little thing!
