UPDATE:I returned and repeated what I said the day before... The ladies are very knowledgeable and remembered and Ive young man (not the original man who did my nails) asked me the color and began to tend to my nails before it was confirmed that I did indeed get my Mani from them.. this is what made me change to a one Star to a five. The service I received today should be given at ALL times... (Maybe the older guy just by the books)I was told I needed to know who did my Mani pedi so they can fix...well the guy I thought did it said he didnt how am I supposed to tell when we are all wearing masks? $65 gone like this gel polish...TWO DAYS and they are popping off like a bad acrylic set.

Extremely rude and very unprofessional workers. I dont know why people of color keep supporting their business. Cause I swear they hate us. I will never step foot in this establishment again. I cant spend my hard earned money for trashy service. Deserve ZERO stars!!!!!

My first time coming in for a nail tips and dip. The nail tech said she could not do it because my natural nails curved up. I told her she could cut my nails down to add the tip if that would work. She cut my natural nails down and continues to tell me that she cant do the nail tip with the dip because she doesnt know how to make it look good. Why did she proceed with cutting my natural nails if she couldnt do the job? Complete lack of professionalism, I wouldve given no stars.

I loved how even though it got very busy the quality of the service didnt go down. No ones seevices were compromised and I could just relax knowing they were doing a great job. I got a delux pedicure and nice short acrylic nails!

First time and I won’t be coming back. Instead of getting stiletto nails with one design I changed it into coffins for the same design and because of that no one wanted to do my nails. All the guy kept saying is no, no. A lady translated and his reason was he doesn’t feel comfortable doing my nails. This ridiculous and unprofessional!So unprofessional!!

The manager / nail and eyelash tech is RUDE and unprofessional. Refuse to provide the owner contact info and stated that she did not have to. I guess she used to arguing with customers considering the location. If I could leave a review without any stars I would have. -0 I would... I been to the salon twice for a gel manicure and both times it chipped. The second time the manager attempted to repair she removed PARTIAL of the gel polish and polished over. Subsequently it chipped again. As far as cleanliness a dirty mop was in the restroom. They do not sanitize properly after each customer or better yet at all. I observed the nail tech drop tools on the floor and reused immediatly without santizing. To watch adults except this is mind blowing. When its several options on the immediate area. They are not practicing social distancing at all! The response as to why she got involved was I am difficult because I complained the first time that my nails chipped in two days. They use cheap products . Its kool for those who dont care or know any better. Worst experience each time ever. The two older gentlemen polishing technique or/ skill set is equivalent to my 7year old. Each time that is who I had to encounter . That barely spoke or understood anything I requested. Please save yourself the headache go somewhere else for the same price. Cleaner salon, customer service and up better products and colors. Unfortunately everyone tha comes dont want nail art, long nails and stones.

It was so nice I went in to get my nails done for my birthday and they were so patient and nice to me my maple abs feet were done so good and my nails stayed on for a long time I will be coming back

Go here for my eyebrows faithfully. Nails and toes, every once in a while. Hands down the best nail place. They follow safety precautions and I love that.

If i could leave no stars i would. The nail teach, Son Phang is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Dirty and very disrespectful. Please do not go to there to get your nails done. Very horrible service. I would go into details on why but it’s too much to type. He does not clean or his desk or his tools, he does not follow simple directions, and he has a snarky attitude.

I love angel nails....Tom do my nails every time I go there. He is always on point with how he do his work. My nails are always exceptionally well done. I will recommend to anyone.❤️

This is the worst nail shop Ive ever seen. The nail technician was rude. They used gel polish on the toes and covered it with regular polish after realizing they have two different colors on my hands and toes after I told the young lady that I wanted gel polish on both. She polished my hands with regular polish and try to charge me for gel. I am so disappointed.

I paid $42 for a pedicure and they did a half job on my feet. Explaining to me i have to do the rest myself at home. They will never get a penny out of me again and im a fan of tipping... yeah right! I mean if yall didnt want to do it, that day i could have went to my old shop where i rather spend $100 for it. Im not sorry because i pay my taxes and i help other businesses . Good luck

The young lady that does eyebrows and eyelashes is very rude and disrespectful. She is going to eventually drive all the customers away. She refused to do my eyebrows because she said “I’m too picky” she did my eyebrows one time prior and all I did was explain to her how I would like them. It was the first i time I went to her so ofcourse I am going to tell her how I like it done! Today I came back and she completely refused. But not even in a nice why. She upright just told me no and that I should just go somewhere else because she’s not doing it for me. She is a nasty person and she is rude like that with all her customers. The owner should reconsider letting her work there. The only reason I came back because it is right by my house. But you know what... I rather take the 30 min drive then to receive horrible customer service.

Please do not go to this place. Their customer service is horrible. Their nail technicians are very rude especially the lady that sit in the first row by the wall beside the owner Tom. They do not acknowledge you when you walk through their doors. When you sign in you have to wait a very long time before they provide service to you. I’ve heard a lot of complaints about this place but still decided to give them a try and it was the worst experience I ever had at any nail salon. They messed up a lot of people nails and on top of that the place is extremely dirty. Please save your money and go somewhere else!

The WORST PLACE ! I’ve ever been to smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ . The guy old in the third seat ripped my fingers up with the drills literally till i started bleeding and had the nastiest attitude. Everyone in the shop acted like they didn’t know how to speak English until i got up and was ready to leave . DO NOT GO HERE !

I’ve been coming here for years but as of recently the quality of work has declined. Everybody who works is not on the same accord when it comes to pricing. I came here 3 different occasions, 3 different nail services (1st full set w gel, 2nd fill with gel polish, 3rd fill with regular polish) last 2 were from original set but somehow the prices are the same $35 which shouldn’t be. I got tired of the lack of customer service and now I have to find another salon
