Christ is so nice and friendly. I went there yesterday is really take his time and help me out with tire for my car and give me best deal ever.

Took 5 hrs to change 4 tires and an alignment and they had to redo a set because tire was on wrong. The kid in the front that stays late was cool only one to seem to be working. This shop needs new management losing money just in stupidity. Never coming back!

Excellent customer care from the people, especially AJ. Best place to buy tires with support and warranty. At the end the prices come down as no other place and I feel well protected because they check my tires and fix them Anytime with no extra cost.Sorry the bathroom was dismantled and the lounge has no more coffee, vending machines almost empty and overall customer areas looking dirty. That made it loose a star.

They decided playing on their phone was more important than bringing my car around so I could get on my way. If the car is finished, let me pay so I can leave. $32 for a tire patch. Took an hour on a pretty slow day.

Im not sure how these recent reviews are so bad but I recently came back for the second time this year and first time was a good experience the time took a bit longer but they were understaffed and had a bit of work on their hands for 4 people in total, they even stood past closing time just to get my car to me. This time I assume I was lucky enough to run into the same guy who serviced me last time and another pleasant experience the timing was 30min more than the estimated time but this time they had consistent costumers in and out. The other guy who also dealt with the customers seemed to be fine as well and just as knowledgeable as the man who took care of my car. The people doing the work on side Ill say the mechanics or technicians whatever youll call em dont say anything but you can understand they are constantly doing physical labor I wouldnt expect them exactly the happiest people especially how hot it is lately but I find the place is just fine no reason to bad mouth them just got to try and be understanding especially when someone is working.

The manager Dwright Williams was very professional and he let me know if my vehicle had any other problems. My baby was good. After that day, tire kingdom is the only place I go to if I need anything done. Thankyou so much. You guys rock.

My first visit to Tire Kingdom I got an oil change. Just a few days after there was no oil in my car and I took it back to them and one of the mechanics claimed oil was present. I later had it checked elsewhere and found out I have an oil leak. My car has never had a problem until getting that oil change with them.

My rating was zero Stars my capital one credit card was compromised while I was at the tire kingdom over$2,000 was charged to my card before I even got home not cool

Not really a complaint but it seemed to have taken a little longer than it should. But I am not a mechanic, so what do I know. I have been coming here for many years. EXCELLENT SERVICE. They took the time to do it correct and not only advised me of a pending brake issue but showed me exactly what needed to be done.The facility is very clean, including the bathrooms. They have a nice waiting area complete with soft chairs, Free coffee, TV, and dedicated work counters if you need to work while you are waiting. They have both a snack and drink vending machines, that are reasonably priced. The ENTIRE staff was friendly and personable. They are very welcoming and respectful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I ordered 4 tires which were delivered to this store. Unfortunately one of the tires was defective, so the manager had to reorder a replacement. The manager was very professional in handing my problem and I was able to replace the defective tire within a few days.

The wait was longer than I was told, though I didnt have an appointment. The oil change I got was a good price, but they didnt seem to know what services they offered. The mechanic recommended a new catalytic converter and said they can do it, but the people inside told me it needs a dealership.

They said I have lifetime warranty on my brakes but it seems as if they go out every 3 months. Then I paid 400 dollars for them to basically do nothing to my car because my car is still having the same issue

I had a flat tire at 6:00pm. AAA changed the tire to my donut and I went straight to Tire Kingdom. Even though it was almost 7:00pm when I got there, these folks stayed late to make sure I had a new tire on the vehicle that night. I have had other work done by them and they have gained a loyal customer for life!

I went to just say how pleased I am with the level of service I received yesterday from location. I went in for an oil change and a coolant flush on a used car I purchased. Your website is very user friendly and actually let me know ahead of time that my car required 7 quarts of oil instead of the regular 5 so there would be an extra charge. When got into your location, Corey was very professional. He let me know ahead of time that I had a radiator leak, needed shocks & struts, and my alignment was out. He totaled everything up and gave me an estimate on all the repairs my car needs! I honestly thought Tire Kingdom was only a place for tires and oil changes and he let me know the mechanics are certified and can pretty much handle anything that I may need. It felt as if I was at the BMW dealership getting my car serviced!.Since I have bought this car I have went to several locations for assistance with various things I end up getting (1) they dont know how to do work on BMW cars or (2) they charge extra for services and they cant explain why it cost so much extra. I will be giving Tire Kingdom all my business from now on!!!

I came to tire kingdom because my last tire purchase were installed there. Corey was helpful in reminding me they were still under warranty so the patch was free. When I had to come back because another tire needed servicing Julian was very attentive to details and was able to advise me on ways to avoid further incidents. I got a new tire and discount for road hazards!

Have had very different experiences here depending on what day I came and the combination of mechanic & service advisor. Some mechanics are helpful and try to please the customer, others just want u to get in and get out. Service advisors are even more hit or miss. Some are great, a few make u never want to come back again. Amazing the difference.

Great atmosphere

I went to the store on a Sunday around 12:30 and was told the vehicle would be ready in 2 hours. I came back and the car was still in the lot. After I complained to the service personnel, a technician pulled the car in. He left it there and went on to work on a different vehicle. I once again talked to the service personnel who then had the tech to start working on the vehicle 40 minutes later. The vehicle was not done until after 4. A simple tire rotation and alignment check. This is unacceptable!

Good service regarding my car, however ione employee was very unfriendly and rude. The person who was taking care of me went out of his way to make me feel uncomfortable.

Took longer than expected but I got what I asked for.

Im not sure where their mechanics were trained, but they need to do a better job. I brought my car in for overheating and the engine light came on. They told me the engine was bad and that I need to replace the head gasket which would cost me $1,600, even though I replaced it two years ago, so I didnt trust them. I took my car to advanced auto parts and they ran a free diagnostic test, it states that my catalytic converter was bad, so I changed my catalytic converter, cost me $600. The car never overheated after that. I wonder if they even bothered to run a diagnostic test or did they just dont know what they were doing?!!!

It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I have had it with this location. For a business that does tires, really does a poor job. Unfortunately, I bought tires from them in May. They proceeded to put the lugnuts on way too tight. How does this happen? Now when you are on the side of the road, you cant get them off.When you wonder why their system does not see my account information that I have logged into the tirekingdom web site. They dont know how to update anything. Every detail is lost from my records. I feel like Im dealing with a bunch of high school kids.

After waiting 40 mins to get a flat fixed i walked outside to see what was ahead of me only to see that this was the only tire shop not to be changing tires. Everyone was hanging out. Including the manager. He was sitting inside clearly not managing what the techs were doing outside. 2hrs to get a single tire changed out while watching the techs hangout. Go anywhere else and your experience will be better.

Went in to have a tire pressure sensor looked at because I thought it was broken. Turns out, the last time I had a tire rotation the dealership did not reset my sensors so the guys that helped me reset my sensors, put air in my low tires and educated me on what the problem really was all free of charge. Very nice workers! Did not have to wait at all. In and out in about 15 minutes. :)

I am very upset I had work done on my car I am very up set .I took the car back to tire kingdom the guy test drive and the guy said he didnt hear the noise I was hearing in the car I took the car to get the brakes fixed and its making a sound and it still making the sound and they say the dont hear the sound when mash the brake the sound is still there Please Help Me ... Got there at 6:30 pm with a flat tire, their hours clearly postes says they Open till 7:00pm the person in charge told me they couldnt help me cause they were almost ready to close, they refuse to repair my tire and left me outside, so I had to go to the gas station across the street and call a tow truck, this please sucks, they have no customer service and the employees are rude... I strongly recommend not to do business with this people....

This is part 2 to horrible service. Part 1 is posted below at the location I went to prior to this location on the same day.So I called on my way to make sure the shop closes at 7pm. Guy hesitated but confirmed closing time.I arrive.. no acknowledgement or anything for like 10 or more minutes when I entered the shop.. granted he was helping a customer. However, hello, Ill be with you in a moment is pretty standard or minimal customer service practices. Even when the customer went and sat down.. still no acknowledgement until finally he goes.. you called me right? So anyway when he finally decided to help me. I explained about the coupon etc. Of course Im cut off mid explanation when A new customer walks in and he remembers customer service practice 1101 and ask the guy what he needs?....listens to the guy.. and then tell the guy .okay Ill be right with you in one minute. The new customer hadnt even shut the door before he was spoken to.So anyway he tells the mechanic who was already doing an oil change that he has one more car. That mechanic hung his head and ask if he had a choice?. At least the mechanic was told something to the effect of... you have a choice but I wouldnt make that choice if were you.At this point Im completly defeated... I feel like... apparently I picked the wrong day, time and company to get an oil change... because no one wants to help me.So he checks out my coupon...check my car and say that I needed an synthetic oil and I couldnt use the coupon.. I told him the price was too much even though I knew I could use the part of the coupon that said $10 off for the oil change he said I needed. I just wanted to leave. So I went BACK to Jiffy Lube(where I normally go) and paid $20 more for the oil change I needed with excellent customer service. Smh.*******************Part 1 tamarac locationI arrived at the tamarac shop 5:34pm. I had already researched online that there is an oil change special and the shop closes at 7pm. Upon pulling in I thought the shop was closed until I notice a few of the garage doors were open and there was one car in the garage. I walk up to the door and the door was locked so the guy opened it. I let him know I was there for the oil change special I saw online and that online shows the store closed at 7pm. He goes Well THIS location closes at 6. With slight attitude. I said all I wanted was an oil change. He said that it would take a lot of time to examine the car bla bla i said i literally want an oil change nothing else. He said it would still take 45 min. So i ask really? Because jiffy lube seems to.do it quickly as if it doesnt take that lo gif that is all you are doing. So anyway he refused to provide me service and told me to go to the 441/stateroad 7 location.. I went over there for more horrible service.

They replaced the 2 front axles of my car and unfortunately I kept having the same issues after the job was done, so I brought it back again to get it fixed but apparently they havent fixed the problem because after a few months I still have the same issue.The staff is polite but that is not enough to run a good shop.

I left and went to Tires Plus off Federal Hey near Broward Blvd. Where I was instantly helped and treated like a King. Tire Kingdom could learn a lot from these guys!!!!

Like some other places some people are nice and some dont pay attention to the customers need.i been a tire kingdom customer at this location for over 5 years and i take care of the mechanics as well as the service people but something im not happy lately is that every time i come here there are different service personnel and they treat you like they dont know you and some of the services have a ridiculous waiting time like a 3hrs aprox. To pach a tire .i can go many places and get more services in less than than that. Some of the minor and simple service should be done right of way and not wait until they fix a mayor mechanical work.

They barely have anyone in attendance and you could be the only one there but best believe it will be a 2 hour wait for a freaking patch
