I went on Saturday because my car wouldn’t start. It turns out that it was my starter. Robin was nice and accommodating to me. He took his time out and explained to me what was wrong with my car and showed me. I really appreciate his honesty and he saved my car. My engine oil was dripping on to my starter and this mechanic saved me from a bigger problem in the future. Robins assistant (I didn’t get his name) also listened to my concerns and he was able to discover the problem with the shifting of my car. All in all it was a great experience and I will be back again. I love that they are honest, friendly and reasonable. That’s hard to come by nowadays!

The owner, Robin, always takes the time to explain things to me, gives me options when there are any, and looks for ways to save me money. Ive been a client for several years and will definitely be sticking with ANR.On the point of honesty, this week Robin quoted me a dollar amount when I authorized the repair, and when it was time to pick up the car, he told me that hed spotted a mistake in the math and the actual cost was less. When youve agreed to an amount already, what other mechanic is going to charge you less? That is one example of how ANR has earned my trust.

Used ANR exclusively for repairs until I moved out of the area. Recently drove the 230 miles to take my car to ANR for repairs and a check up. I trust ANR (Robin) that much. I truly miss being able to take my vehicle to ANR for routine oil changes and any repairs needed.
