Wadih was an refreshing and professional during my car buying journey. He wasnt pushy and was straight forward through the whole car buying process. Would definitely recommend him to a friend.Update: While I still commend that staff for being very professional and courteous I warn car buyers to not make the decision to buy a vehicle hastily. I unfortunately did not realize the van I purchased was missing a very critical feature I needed. The day after the purchase I tried to return or exchange the vehicle. I was even willing to take the loss of the down payment. My only option was to use it as a trade in and take the loss in depreciation and the down payment to get another vehicle. While I understand that there is no cool-down period as part of the state law and once you sign the dotted line the vehicle is yours I was hoping for a bit more flexibility. Again, purchasing here or at another dealership be aware of this law. As it goes it didnt help that the check engine light turned on on the drive home...fortunately I opted for the extended warranty and will find out if my local Nissan dealership will be able to resolve it. The first mechanic I went to refused to work on the vehicle because it might have some wiring issues. Fingers crossed its nothing serious.Updated 2: According to Weston Nissan then check engine light was reporting a complete transmission failure and it needed to get replaced. The van has been at the dealership for 1 week waiting to get the paperwork so the repair insurance could even look at it. They finally have all the paperwork they need and will be sending an inspector today or tomorrow to very and approve the paper work so they can get started on new transmission. Still very unhappy with my purchase and have put vehicle up for sale.

So here we are looking for our sons first car online. Come across this dealer with decent prices. (The car we are looking for is selling for around the same price by everyone on the internet so like I said decent price.)So we find a car with once again a decent price but its white and thats the color my son wants so we call and speak to a lady. We tell her we found the car with the online price and ask if we can negotiate on the price and are told yes. So we head down to the dealer ask for the lady who in turn gives us to a different salesman and off we go for the test drive. During the drive we talk about the price and at that point we are told they DO NOT talk price. We end the test drive and the sales guys says let me talk to the manager and brings him to us where he starts telling us that they are pretty much selling the car at cost just to keep the doors open. (We all know this is not true. Selling at or below cost would shut your doors not keep them open.) So in the end we did have budget but if the dealer wanted to sale a car they could have offered something. My wife and I were willing to work a little to get a deal done. End the end we walked away. I would say be careful with these guys as they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door. To the Manager and or owner you need to be more honest with prospective buyers from the beginning.

Years ago I went to purchase a car from the owner himself. Put a down payment on the car pretty much just to hold it. 83 Pontiac Grand Prix. Nice car. Long story short I needed another day to get the rest of the $ together. We shook. Had a deal, then i had to call probably 20 times to get my down payment back. I was a kid. He finally met up with me and gave me my money back. Complete sheister.

Customer service is lacking. No transparency, sad, but obviously they dont care. Once you leave the lot after a purchase, dont expect a courtesy call, at least not from my salesman, Walter. Maybe Im spoiled, but it wouldve been nice if they asked how you like the car or whatever. Went in to pick up my tag and registration yesterday and he couldnt find it. This guy was rude about it, because his daughter wasnt there and shes the only one with the key. They knew I was coming to pick it up because I told his daughter I was coming on that day. I called back the next day and spoke to her and she said everyone has access to the tags and registration and theres no key to it. Definitely dont have him as your salesman or anything else because hes lazy and doesnt care to help you. If you think Walter is nice, its fake.

First we found that dealership in car gurus. Mercedes-Benz was lower price and my wife and baby came to buy the car. In the end they trade in our Mercedes for so low, and sold their Mercedes-Benz E class for higher than on market price. When I came to sign documents they didn’t show the all issues in the car, it was broken glass, plus some damage spots on the paint . We asked them to fix and they fixed not in good way. Spots still visible. Still now after 30 days waiting for plate number and also never gave us back copy of documents that we sign for the car. No registration. Unbelievable. Will not recommend that dealership.

Excellent service by Israel Valencia. I found the car online, and although it was in an accident, the dealer disclosed this information up front. I was allowed to have the vehicle inspect by a private company hired by myself. In addition, they allowed me to place a deposit to hold the vehicle during the inspection process; allowing for a full refund if the inspection revealed any major issues. The entire process was fast in comparison to the typical 6-8hr days you spend at the big name dealers. Moreover, there was no haggling, I came in with a number in my head and they made it happen!
