Don’t believe it !! Pella will not finish the job they start and not fix there mistakes. There customer service was terrible. They wrecked the windows in my home and will not fix them because they pulled out of my area so now I’m out the money and my windows aren’t finished. now I’m getting calls from installers looking to get paid. They sold my project to me without even having a business license

Called to find help for warranty work for ThermaTru French doors that were installed. They carry the ThermaTru line but would not support warranty work on the line. I wouldn’t use a company that won’t support The ThermaTru product Line for the manufacturer. Sorry for the bad review but very unhelpful.

The salesman sat in my house and told me that the warranty was for Life, including installation. Loved what we saw, gave them $2700 deposit. Then the contract came and it didn’t say that, so I called and asked they said they were waiting for the lawyers to correct the contract. This was a lie again and now they lied again cause they told me they put a check in the mail on Tuesday August 13th and here it is Monday August 19th and no check! Such honest people, I even gave them cash!

This window buying experience was a breath of fresh air. No hard sales tactics... just knowledgeable sales, polite customer service and a very capable installation team that even installed during a hail storm! Great experience!

I chose Master Craftsmen to replace the windows in my home. I could not be happier with my choice of company, from the president Mike Waites coming to do the estimate, to the foreman Emidio finalizing measurements, to Christina who answered my questions at the showroom, to Nico, Jose, and Heron who did the installation. Customer service was excellent, and it especially showed when something went wrong. One day when I returned from work, I was informed of an accident that bent some verticals in my pergola. I was told the office had been notified. I phoned in to ask what would be done. Within a few minutes, Matt the operations manager called back to say everything would be taken care of. Within an hour of my phone call, Emidio was at the house to inspect the damage, and all bent verticals were replaced. Everyone at Master Craftsment was polite, considerate, and professional. If you want replacement windows or door, make sure to contact them.

Worst company ever! The owner is a complete ignorant person! Treats his employees like trash and doesnt know how to run his company.
