The staff is super friendly and helpful. Sometimes I know exactly which Swatch I want, sometimes I know I want a certain color, and other times I just want to look around. The staff is happy to show me anything I want to see and try on. They never pressure me to buy, just let me know their hours and invite me to return if I want to think about it before buying.They always clean my Swatch and replace batteries for free. They also removed links when I needed that done.I currently own five Swatches. This is my favorite location to shop in person.

Been to various Swatch stores in the US, this location did not disappoint, employees were quick to help and knew their product line well, must have spent an hour in there, great job guys, and thanks for the watch.

This store is located inside New York New York and I had not owned a Swatch watch since about 1990 but decided to stop in to see what designs they now carried and was very impressed with the overall quality and look of some of the new Swatch models. They are no longer only the colorful, juvenile style watches I remember which would look odd on an older man like myself but they also had some amazing adult looking watches as well.I had heard they had an automatic watch and that was what I originally wanted to see but among the many different styles of watches I saw a battery powered, black faced, three dial chronograph watch which caught my eye.The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and I had a lot of fun reminiscing about my old Swatch watches with the staff who were likewise curious and did not make me feel old.I now have a new Swatch to add to my wristwatch collection and I am very happy with this purchase. Of particular note, Marco and Ivan (I believe that was his name but I could be wrong, however he was working on August 23rd, 2020) were both very friendly and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my in store experience with these two.

Yesterday my husband and I bought two watches here on our weekend getaway. One for each of our sons (4 yrs & 7 yrs old). One Spiderman watch and one Star Wars watch. We were away for the weekend and when we got home the kids were so excited to get their new watches. Until we tried to put our 4 yr olds Spiderman watch on only to discover that the prong was broken. Brand new out of the box it was broken and wont latch through the band without falling off. He is completely heartbroken. His watch is broken but his older brothers was not. So chalk it up to either cheap junk parts on the watch or a lazy salesman who inspected and timed the watch before we left but didnt bother to notice it was broken. Either way our special gift for our son was completely ruined and he is extremely sad and disappointed this morning.

Tristan and his team are amazing. Tristan in particular is extremely attentive to detail. In 12/2019 I had three very specific Swatch SKUs I was looking for. I emailed his store and his team called me immediately, found what they had in store, and tracked down the one they did not have. Within a bit, all three were processed and sent to me. Great team, exceptional customer service, and a true desire to help. Awesome job.

This store is a good representation of the Swatch brand. Marco is an astute salesperson who brings back memories of the specialist attendant with extensive knowledge on brand and product knowledge. My visit here reinvigorated a passion for this brand which admitted had wanted in recent years. Thank you. (check out the make your swatch design feature in-store/online. blew my mind.🤯 )

Swatch is totally boss, and the staff in this store is fantastic! Spent a lot of time in the store trying on all kinds of watches until I found one that said -yup.. Found one for my son too, but need a custom band to get him fixed up, and it was not problem. He is totally stoked with his new retro brand time piece. If it wasnt for the staff being so tolerable and helpful, cool and knowledgable of the product line we probably would have not made the purchases.. -Go check em out..

Best place ever! Me and my boyfriend were in Vegas for a vacation and i stumbled upon this store while looking through new York new York, i just recently got into wearing watches so i was super excited. All the watches are super fun and random, the workers were awesome as well.i bought a sparkly rubber watch and i have not takin it off yet. Their watches are so comfortable and Im definitely planning on going back. :)

Wonderful people, Tristan and Victoria especially. I started crying cause my dog was put down minutes before walking in and I left for a few minutes. When I came back in they offered kind words and tissues while I was a mess. Thank you guys!!!

What a blast from the past! I used to own a few of these when I was growing up, so to see an entire store out of the middle of nowhere was amazing! The staff are extremely helpful, the variety of watches is fairly good for a store this size, and of course the designs are as crazy as they always were twenty years ago. Highly recommend this brand as well, they certainly pass the test of time (no pun intended).

Roney was amazing. This was the 3rd swatch I’d bought and he was the first to explain all the cool adjustments and modifications you can do to personise. See Roney if you go he has amazing customer service. I would definitely see him again.

I was leaving Vegas the next day and I got to the store at 11:02 pm. it was closed :( . The sellers Anthony and Tsumi opened the door for me and the service was outstanding. I will totally recommend this store to everyone. Thank you both!

I ordered my husband who was traveling in the USA the Swatch dreamnight model and they sold him the Glamarmour model !!! Terrible. Is not the same. And the specifications were clear, he took it down. Because he did not know the model, he bought what they gave him!
