The truck was given to me a quarter tank empty. The cab smelled as though homless people were living in it. I had to endure that smell the entire trip. I tried to clean the cab but it was disgusting the truck was beat up and not fit for the road. It was extremely difficult to centerd in my lane. Uhaul changed my pickup location at the last minute. I wont use uhaul again, nor recommend it. Uhaul needs to get there act together

Fair price!Got the 15 footer and it was easy to drive, plenty of power and good on gas.The employees were helpful and courteous!The parking outside the building is tight and limited.Overall a great experience!We will use Uhaul again in the future!

This particular uhaul location is amazing they got me the PERFECT size truck at the last moment. Curtain call, the eleventh hour and they were here for me. Veronica was super helpful, the trucks were clean and she made it really super easy and seamless. I might actually just use this one, these are my people. Thank you so much!

I asked for a simple apology but didnt receive one, so this review is the result:I rented a truck with 137 miles on it on Monday. I checked it out at 630pm and returned it within an hour, drove 6 miles and had NO issues.Two days later, I receive an email with a contract number on it and I thought it was just a receipt. Well, it was a charge for a scratched decal and for more than $100. I immediately called and disputed that ANY damage was caused by me or was done while I had the truck. I was given the area managers number. I called him and asked for the picture of the damage and again disputed that I had anything to do with it . Well, getting the picture took roughly 45 minutes to send vita text. In the meantime, I tried to recover the pictures I took of the returned vehicle from the U haul app. I realized that my phone saved the pictures right before recieving a picture of damage not caused by me. Something I immediately noticed about the pic sent to me, two days after mmt return, is that the building is different in the background. So, the truck had to be moved, probably by an employee.I sent my photo to the area manager and was only then told the charge would be reversed.When making accusations it is incumbent upon that person or employee to do the research, watch the cameras, do some investigation before arbitrarily charging someone.I made about 11 moves during a 25 year military career with Uhaul and never had any issues until this particular branch. It was just plain luck in this case that I took that picture but I learned my lesson. I will NOT rent from this Uhaul location again and shame on them for putting me in this position and not apologizing for it.Update: Received apology 2 hours after review was posted.

Thank you so much to ladies in the office and who run this location. They were very friendly. Made sure everything was working and even stayed over to wait for me to bring the trailer back. Very classy!!!

This place is a joke. Rented a uhaul that was scheduled to be returned after hours. The move took a little longer than expected so I ended dropping off the truck a few hours later. I was charged for days of truck rental and insurance. Keep in mind, the truck was still dropped and checked in by me after hours. So no one else wouldve been able to rent the truck anyways. Why should I be charged for whole nother day when I was only a couple hours late and it was still after hours? Go somewhere else.

Used this facility twice, always fast sufficient and friendly. Very clean location close to Summerlin, and North Las Vegas. Dropped off a U-Hall once and picked one up. Picked up some supplies as well, shrink wrap and mattress covers for last minute preparation.

They were very helpful.

The manager was very rude for no reason. Im a woman who takes care of herself and I think she just hated me, from the moment I walked in she looked at me funny and had a real attitude. It made me feel so uncomfortable. As I say Im not an ugly woman and the elderly manager lady acted as if she really hated me because of that, looking me up and down, I was dressed to go to work and it is a little over the top but she did not have to make me feel like this. She gave off the worst attitude I have ever had from someone assisting me at a business. Her name was Vickey.

They have the fastest checkout of any uhaul in town. The staff hustled to get you going quickly and they are always pleasant, even when its busy

They need to improve on how they communicate with clients about no trucks, and hire more people on the busy days.

Too expensive! I was looking for a 10 x 25 self storage space for 3 to 4 months. Their price was $250.00 per month. I found another storage company not too far from this place for $129.00 per month. Please shop around it only took me less than 5 minutes to save $120.00 a month.
