Reserved a truck for 24 hours And then got there to find out we couldnt keep the truck for 24 hours the girl changed her reservation because of availability without asking

Service here is excellent! I was able to hold/reserve a unit for over a week without paying anything until my scheduled move in date! Neat/clean.Cameras everywhere to keep your stuff safe. TALL insides of units (at least mine is (top floor). 3 huge carts at every doorway! I will be using this place for at least 3 months. (Finding an apartment)...😍

I came in at 4:30 on New Years Eve desperately needing to add a trailer to the uhaul I was driving so I could empty my storage before six. The man working went above and beyond to find me an available trailer close by. He was a lifesaver!!!!!

This is a great convenient location.Although its smaller than many locations, they are friendly and helpful with reasonable prices.Location seems safe with clean public restrooms in the front behind the gates.Elevators for upper units with free carts to use while loading / unloading.Climate controlled option. Extended access hours option.Tip: Use caution entering and exiting the busy street, its a short driveway.

Everything was good with our truck....it was our storage unit ....they tired to charge us for a dirty unit ....there was nothing in the unit .... I swept it before I left and swept the hallway....I told them watch the videos after that he said we left a banana peel (we did eat there but we had Popeyes and we ate in our car) so we told the truck uhaul guy and he called and the storage guy ....basically he seen the guy was trying to get us and didn’t let the storage guy from Charleston charge us a cleaning fee for a banana peel in the hallway that wasn’t ours #lessonlearnedalwaystakephotos

The Lady and Husband that used to manage the property were phenomenal. Their customer service is off the charts. I end up renting two units instead of one.
