I used to work here and need someone from Human Resources to contact me. I need assistance as it relates to my benefits and a major medical issue- It CANNOT be handled by someone overseas at the Benefits Center. Ive been down that road. It needs to be someone from HR directly. Please give me a direct number, or reach out to me.

Was initially told Id easily make $40k+ a year as an average level agent and that, after a training period, Id have to make 2 sales a week to meet standards. I later find out that I have to make a conversion rate minimum of basically 8 sales of every 100 calls. That 100 calls includes anyone who immediately hangs up or was not told why they were transferred. And on top of the conversion rate, I also am expected to make 12 sales a week minimum, or face progressive disciplinary action. Now, that would be fine normally, if I wasnt hired in the very beginning of the slow season, where only the top agents on the team made 12 sales a week. 2 weeks in a row, the majority of my team received write ups for performance the previous week.

This post includes first an Employee Review, and then a Customer Review:I worked here in Call Transfer. DONT WORK HERE.The worst part is the blatant dishonesty. Not only do they encourage you to lie to your guests to help make a sale, but they also lie to you.They tell you that you can expect to make a good amount of money in commissions if you just follow their process, but on my team, my top agents arent even making $40,000. And those are my top agents who have worked here for years.They also tell you in training that you can expect a certain pay structure with certain commission bonuses for hitting your target sales, but that pay structure changes after 90 days and if you dont meet the new targets, you DONT GET ANY COMMISSION.Management wont treat you with respect either. No real training, just disorganization. So disorganized. It doesnt get better. And no one gives a crap.And for anyone who just got referred by a friend to work here, that friend will be making commission off your sales...FOR CUSTOMERS INTERESTED IN THE PROMOTIONS WE SELL:Do not buy anything! That one little timeshare presentation they ask of you, well, after you pull up to the resort in a limo and get taken on the beautiful tour of the resort amenities, you go to a sales managers cubicle and he tries to sell you. They are aggressive, just read other reviews. And if you dont buy into the timeshare on the spot, you get sent home on a bus.And if you give them your credit card info on the phone, and try to back out even on that call, they will charge the card anyway. The package is non-refundable so you good luck getting your money back.

This is not on the strip. Its the perfect distance that you have to walk a million miles to get somewhere. Its also not old Vegas.Bad location.I gave it 1 star because its not up to normal Hilton standards. Stay here if you get tricked into a free show to here our time share spiel.I got white paint on my shoes because they were painting the lines in god Parkade with no signs.So many better options on the strip. Stay here if its free.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT: DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.Working for them was an honest MISTAKE. There is so much favouritism in the office and the way they treat their employees is ridiculous. Their management is full of rude people who dont know what theyre doing. I caught the head HR manager, Erica, making dirty faces at me and my coworkers. They have absolutely no respect for their employees.Not to mention, its been a month and I still havent received my last check. So i contacted the Labor Commissions Board and i filed a claim against them. I will sue them if i have to.Worst, absolute WORST company to ever deal with, as a customer and as an employee.

Do not walk away from this place, RUN from this place! Bad supervisors some are agressive, bad payment plan, and overall bad environment with the exception of some of the trainers. They hire you without telling you that you will have to pass a conversion rate every day. A blind transfer or a hangup is counted against you. Not fair and they are not upfront with explanation of the payment plan when getting hired. Seriously look somewhere else for work as you will waste your time. Only good thing is you learn how shady the Timeshare business is. Customers are shafted with no refunds and supervisors tell you to basically lie to make a sell! Horrible! Thank you Hilton Grand, I know where NOT to put my money.

I have to say Im honestly disappointed with their employment center.I quit my job because of family medical reasona, and its been about over a month now and they still havent return my calls. I never received my check and I was calling to see what happens. Its been a month since the check was due and no one returns my calls or emailsI went to the hr department at the call center and they sent out my check to the incorrect address. The guy was very rude and not helpful. I told them the address was wrong I even wrote the correct address when I signed my termination papers.No one has returned my call. No check has being received and every time I call no one answersI never dealt with this. Its unfortunate that a company so prestige is so unorganized and doesnt care about former staff.

Last check was way short. They will lie and say anything to get you to work there. Payplan changes frequently, they are crooks and liars. BEWARE!

I worked in the outbound section and I have never found a more professional place to work at. I had to resign due to moving to a different state for a family emergency. I will miss working there. People claim its a bad place to work but they are wrong.

My mom got a job here at 6 till 2 all they did was yell so she got fired for not getting deals yeah rooms nice but easy to get job cause it sucks
