Chris more than lived up to our expectations.Chris is a hardworking, professional realtor. He was always available in communicating with us, whether it was by phone or email. We ended up getting $8,000 over our original asking price. As we were not in Las Vegas, Chris dealt with the tenant who had vacated the property halfway through the listing, and did the final inspection for the tenant. He also got us a great handyman to do the minor repairs that the buyer requested. The final transaction was more complex than usual because we are foreign sellers and had to deal with the Witholding Tax, which Chris has some experience with. The website lets you create and save searches based on numerous factors you may require in your next home purchase, you can save those searches and get automatic email updates when a new property hits the MLS or a listing change whether a price reduction or increase increase or when the property closes you can see the listed price versus the actual price the property was sold at. The filters / options allow a wide variety to select your next home. You want to see homes with pools? there is a drop down to show you only homes with pools. The website also allows the ability to save your favorite property and you can watch the progress of the sale from pending status to sold.
